3年位しかその物件に住んでいなく、マンション購入で引っ越すとき、大して汚してもないのに、やれ汚いとか、いや～とか嫌なイメージを与えて保証金を少しでも返さないようにする見え見えの対応され、凄く不快な思いをしました。
そこの賃貸物件のオーナーとは実家が近所で幼なじみだったため、その場で、こんな見え見えの不動産屋辞めた方がいいよって直接話したら、知り合いだったんですかって笑って誤魔化されました。こんなことするから地場の不動産の評判が堕ちるわけです。遠い昔話です。
