Hmm ~ [Salt pork bones / overlay ¥ 1000-] is your choice ❣ Order with noodles ❗ After a few minutes, donburi ❗? available ❗ As usual, start with the soup ... Delicious ❣ Mellow soup with good saltiness ? ❣ Noodles are medium-thin straight noodles⁉ At lunchtime, it seems that one of [Ajitama, Nori, Half Rice, Large Noodles] will be a service, so I asked for [Nori] this time ? A ramen shop that lives around Tammachi and is often taken care of when you want to eat ramen. It's close to the station and easy to access, and it's open until 11:00 pm, so it was nice to be able to feel free to go anytime. Especially the tonkotsu soy sauce ramen was delicious!

Orthodox Tsukemen shop At lunchtime, you can add toppings or have a large serving of noodles for free. The soup comes out in a simmering state, so you can enjoy hot things.

Visit alone at night. I was seated at the counter. It is safe because it is separated by an acrylic partition. Order all the tsukemen with a meal ticket. The nicely presented noodles and the thick, thick soup are brought to the boiled place in a stone container. If you are an adult man, you may be fine. The noodles are boiled just right and have just the right amount of hardness, and are entwined in a rich soup. If you add chili oil and vinegar on the way to make the seasoning spicy, the atmosphere will change again. Tammachi Station, which is one station from Yokohama Station, is the closest, but I thought it would be better if the location was a little easier to stop by.

I visited the ramen shop around Tammachi for the first time because I was curious about it. The shop is on the first floor of the building and is a little deeper, so please be careful if you are new to the store. Since there is no ?️, we will stop at the nearby coin parking lot. There are only table seats in the store. Perhaps because of the name of the noodle samurai, there were several swords in the store, and Zoro's figure from ONE PIECE. The system will purchase and order meal tickets after entering the store. This time I ordered salted pork bones and meat rice. I ordered all the salt pork bones as normal for the first time. The soup had a very mild taste and was easy to drink. The noodles were medium-thick noodles. Please note that it is currently open until 8 pm due to the spread prevention period.

I ate all the pork bone soy sauce ramen. It has a seafood-based soup stock that is not too bulky with pork bones. delicious. Really accented seafood ... that is more original! I didn't cheat the taste with fishmeal. I like it. I ordered the noodles to be straight thick noodles, but the taste of wheat is firm and chewy. The image of noodles is about the same as that of Jiro. You will be fully hungry. At lunch, we also offer a topping service, so I'm full. I will repeat!

First visit on November 13, 3rd year of Reiwa. A ramen shop in Sorimachi, a fierce battleground for ramen. This time, I had chicken plain hot water ramen. The taste is very similar to the extreme chicken ramen of Gol noodles. It's a reasonable price, so if you want to eat mellow chicken plain hot water ramen around here, this is enough. I'm glad I didn't eat the char siu bowl ... I regret that I should use it as a topping.
