居	居場嘉津治 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八幡山を背後にし、市立図書館を含み、開発され公園です。公園内は、子供の遊具や広場などあり、春には桜の?名所になっています。なかには、豊臣秀次公の銅像もあります。登山口もあり、八幡山管理棟、トイレもあり、八幡山をのぼるひとの拠点になります。公園からや、住宅地からも八幡山城の出丸などの石垣がみられます。以前は木や孟宗竹が生い茂り、石垣は見えなかったそうです。一般社団法人八幡山の景観を良くする会のメンバーが八幡山を預かり石垣まわりの木のカットや草かりなどの整備をされています。石垣はまだ2メートル土に埋もれているそうです。今後土の掘削などもされるそうです。登山口や登山道の整備もされているそうです。これのおかげで下から山頂の石垣が望めるようになっています。八幡山は地元の人の子供の頃の遊び場であり、何カ所も登れる道があるそうです。八幡山縦走などのハイキングコースを歩くこともできたり、高校生の学生さんも山登り訓練されてました。市民の憩いの場になっています。アクセスはJR琵琶湖線近江八幡駅下車し、北口から近江バスの長命寺線に乗り6分新町下車し、歩いて10分で公園に着きます。 It is a park developed and developed with Mt.
