★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手作り感があるケーキは芸術作品のように綺麗です。私はお店オススメの桃のケーキとチョコレートケーキをいただきましたが、桃のケーキは桃の旨味を引き立たせるスポンジと生クリームに感心しました。また、チョコレートケーキはピスタチオをアクセントにトータル的なバランスも良くレベルが高いです。大手の大量生産とは異なり丁寧なお仕事が随所に感じられます。
接客もゆっくりした時間を感じる丁寧なもので高評価とさせてもらいました。

I received the peach cake and chocolate cake recommended by the shop, and I was impressed with the sponge and fresh cream that enhance the taste of peach. In addition, the chocolate cake has a high level of total balance with pistachio accents. Unlike major mass production, polite work can be felt everywhere.
The customer service was also highly evaluated because it was a polite one that felt a relaxing time.

一つ一つのクオリティが高く、３つ買いましたがどれも美味しくいただけました。
ただ、値段が高い点(１つ580円程のケーキが多い印象)、種類が少ない点、ムースが多くスポンジケーキが少ない点はネガティヴポイントに感じました。
作るのは中々手間なので、作り手目線で考えると妥当な値段かなと思う一方、チェーン店を含めた他の店と比べてしまうとどうしても高く感じてしまう値段かなと思います。
とは言え、たまにしか食べないケーキをせっかく食べる特別な日には、できるだけ美味しいものが食べたいという気持ちの方が大きいので、個人的には値段は気になりませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも路上駐車しているaiと書かれたここのマツダ車。見通しの悪いカーブなので危ないと注意してもやめてくれない。先日は小学校の前の道を制限速度を大幅に上回る速さで暴走しておられましたね。もう少し周辺住民への配慮が必要と思います。人柄がケーキにも表れてそうで買う気になりません。

本日おすすめのモモのショートケーキとなめらかプリン、シュークリームを購入しました。
ショートケーキはスポンジも軽く、生クリームもあっさりとしていましたぁ！
プリン?もシュークリームも甘くどくなく丁度よく美味しかったです?

店の雰囲気は洗礼されており、良いと思う。
ショートケーキ600円、シュークリームも300円程するがビアード◯◯でいいなっと率直に思ってしまった。
観光地価格かと思われる。
