★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフは紳士的で気持ちがよい。スーツも格安ではないが質を考えればリーズナブル。商談をする椅子がパイプ椅子なのが店の雰囲気に合わず少し残念。
 The staff is gentle and comfortable. Suits are not cheap, but they are reasonably priced considering the quality. It's a little disappointing that the chair for business negotiations is a pipe chair, which doesn't suit the atmosphere of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜店を利用しました。店員さんの接客ですが、物凄い上から目線でお話しされるし、決して丁寧ではありませんでした。以前はこんな対応ではなかったので皆がそうでない事を願ってます。
I used the Yokohama store. The clerk was serving customers, but he talked from a tremendous perspective and was never polite. It wasn't like this before, so I hope everyone doesn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔と変わって接客が悪くなった。言っていることも人によって変わるし、態度がヘラヘラしている。
土曜の昼間に修理品を取りに行っても店がやっていない。案内もないし、電話もつながらない。
今後は二度と使わないだろう。
The customer service has become worse than in the past. What I'm saying changes from person to person, and my attitude is erratic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長対応でしたが、営業感丸出しでしたね。コロナでスーツが売れないのは仕方ないですけど、店舗売上ではなく客のことを考えて欲しい。今後は横浜店ではない麻布テーラーで買います。
