C'est une expérience inoubliable au Japon! C'est un petit restaurant donc réserver à l'avance. Vous ne le regretterez pas! Le chef était très gentil et nous a encouragés à regarder ses techniques. C'est un sommelier de saké et a jumelé chaque plat en conséquence. Si vous êtes à Osaka, je vous encourage à dîner dans ce restaurant. Un vrai régal!
It is an unforgettable experience in Japan! It's a small restaurant so book in advance. You will not regret it! The chef was very nice and encouraged us to watch his techniques. 静かな雰囲気で美味しいランチが食べたい!と思い、こちらのお店に決まった。お店が見つけられず、到着するまで時間を要した。もうお店の外観からワクワクする。店内はカウンター、テーブルともに埋まっており、私はカウンターに案内された。主に徳島県の名産を使った見た目にも美味しい料理が出され、とても満足した。まさに食べたいものが出された。中でもミスジのステーキが一番の好みである。お店を出ようとしたところ店主と色々お話出来た。このコロナ禍で苦しい経営であるがお客さんに支えられてやっているとのこと。…お腹も心も満たされた。

I heard that the general who was full of love for Tokushima was seriously facing the ingredients, and all of them were the best dishes, but the cospa was the best. I was satisfied with the time-consuming dessert until the end. The kindness of the general and the landlady warmed my heart. Konatsu is an authentic Japanese restaurant. The chief is the owner and puts his heart and soul into his food. He combines traditional Japanese cooking techniques to create subtle but profound flavors. What I love most about the food is the sauces do not dominate the flavor but rather enhance the flavors of the meat or fish. For example the first dish posted in my pictures is a type of roast beef. The sauce is the the first thing I tasted but it was followed by the taste of the roast beef and finishes with a subtle taste of vegetables. The textures of all the dishes somehow also changed the flavors. Not picture here but he used a technic I’ve never seen before. He sliced the raw squid in such a way that it felt buttery and melts in the mouth. He contrasted this against a piece from the same squid that was tough to chew. If you love to drink sake he is also a specialist in sake and a sommelier.

One of the most delightful meals I have had! The store is small and can only seat about 12 people maximum. We sat at the counter and were encouraged to observe the chef as he prepared each dish of our 9 course meal. It was November so all the dishes were fall themed and many of them were decorated with a different fall leaf for each. The flavors of the dishes were wonderfully balanced and had subtle nuances attributable not only to the quality of the ingredients, but also the preparation style. For example, the chef let us compare the ika sashimi which he prepared with a special knife technique vs. the exact same ika sashimi without any specific cutting and the difference in tenderness and flavor were immense. This was probably my favorite dish of the night. The chef also was kind enough to show us each ingredient in its original form as we were eating that specific dish. The couple running the restaurant are both qualified sommeliers and they provided us with a wide range of excellent sakes that perfectly paired with each stage of the meal. This place is a true gem and it is likely not long before it will become difficult to get reservations. I recommend people to visit soon while it is rather unknown.
