k	katsuaki inoue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前のお店からファンでしたけど移転されてからは初めてです。季節の野菜をメインに彩り良く上品な味でまとめられていました。お店の雰囲気は少しかしこまった感じを受けましたが、後から出てこられたオーナーシェフの気さくな話に凄く距離が縮まった感じがしました。基本メニューはありますがかなり細かな要望まで聞いてくれそうです。是非また近いうちに訪れたい隠れ家です。 It was a fan from the previous shop, but it is the first time it is moved. ま	まついまり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母を連れての会食。車イス、介助での食事でしたが、全ての食事に細やかなご配慮頂き、食べやすく包丁を入れて頂いたり、とろみ付けのお料理にして頂き、感謝致します。母も、食欲も増して、『美味しい‼️』と口に運んでやると喜んで頂きました。またこんなにも食べてくれるとも思ってもおらず、母の様子にビックリもしました。カボチャを秋の満月に見立てて炊いたもの、綺麗で美味しかったです。母は、パクパク好発進です。鱧づくしの煮炊きもの、肝の煮こごりも、とても美味しく頂きました。小芋のウニ合わせ、美味しかった❗️また最後のご飯も味付けの炊き込みご飯、大葉でさっぱり大満足です。母との外での食事も諦めていましたが、ほんとに全てにおいて心良く受け入れて頂きましたこと、感謝いたします。美味しいお料理とお心使いに、ご馳走さまでした。お料理に合った日本酒を出して頂けるのも、とても美味しいです。また行きます。 Meal with my mother. 西	西田紀子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母の誕生日を兼ねて予約をしました。お魚が大好きな母の為にコース料理を。旬のお魚メインで懐石をと予約時にお願いしました。楽しみに当日向かうと前菜から沢山の料理が出てきました。ちょうど鮎の時期で頭と中骨がキレイに取り出され盛り付けられており、見ても楽しく食べても美味しい！鮎は苦手な私でも全部食べる事ができとても美味しかったです。それからも色々な創作料理が出て最後まで堪能しました。母も感動し喜んで食べていましたが、最初の量が多かったのかデザートが来る頃には食べ切れない程お腹いっぱいになったようです。こちらのお店は3回目で、数年前に子供も連れて来させていただきました。何度行っても大満足で素敵なお店です。次もまたお魚メインで訪れたいと思います。 I made a reservation for my mother's birthday. だ	だい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おまかせコース、出された椀全てが、見て美しく口に運んで嬉しくなる、お値段以上の素晴らしい品々てした。紅葉の亀岡は京都みたいに人混みが無く静かで里山な良い土地ですね。普通のその辺の神社が美しく輝いていました。高速乗って遠出する価値あります。おまかせコースをランチ2人でお願いしたのが良くなかったのかもしれません。一品一品は手間かけて野菜の旨みもたっぷり素晴らしい品々てした。ただ当日気温12℃くらい、日だまりが恋しいくらいでしたが、夏メニューみたいにすべてぬるくて冷たかったです。最初の煎茶が湯冷まし、手間のかかった煮物椀者すべてぬるくて、美味しいセコガニも冷え冷え、冷蔵庫に作り置き？湯気の上がるカニを望むのは贅沢過ぎでしょうか？デザートは作りたて安納芋アイスクリーム、勿論冷え冷えです。店内改装されたらしく、うまく予約すれば作り立てをいただけるカウンタができましたと話されてました。接客は丁寧で好感持てるのですが。判断分かれると思いますが冬の膳なら熱い料理も欲しかったです。 The Omakase course and all the bowls served were wonderful items that were more than the price, which made me happy to see them beautifully and bring them to my mouth.
