★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚記念日のディナーで使わせて頂きましたが、夕刻から夜景も綺麗でした。食事も美味しくコロナ禍であることを忘れるくらいでした。
奥さんも満足していたから良かったです。
I used it for dinner on my wedding anniversary, but the night view was beautiful from the evening. I almost forgot that the food was delicious and it was a corona.
It was good because my wife was also satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になるランチメニューが多く悩みました！京風の味付けなのでパンチがきくということはなく 出汁のきいた和風の優しい味付けでした。店内は席ごとに仕切られ回りを気にせずに過ごせます。カップルシートやテーブル席が多く 雰囲気良く眺望も最高です！
I was worried about many lunch menus! The flavor was Kyoto-style, so there was no need to punch it. The shop is divided for each seat and you can spend without worrying about the surroundings. There are many couple seats and table seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窓際の席に座れれば、大阪城＆大阪駅やHEP5の観覧車など見晴らしの良いを楽しめてとても良いです。
ランチで伺ましたが、伊丹空港の方向にバンバン飛行機が飛んでいくのを眺めたりして楽しかったです。
料理はランチでも2000円以上するので、この景色込みならお値段相応って感じです。
店名の「世界の創作京風」というのがよくわからなかったです。
前菜に居酒屋っぽいおかずが載っていたので、カジュアルな料理も出てくるという意味かもしれないです。
窓際席はすべてカップルシートのようになっていて、席に座った両名が景色を楽しめるように工夫されていました。
ドアが閉まっていて見えませんでしたが、窓際に個室もあるようです。
また、接客も丁寧で良かったです。
28Fの某人気店に1時間以上並んで待つくらいなら、こちらのお店にサクッと入れてもらった方が時間を有効に使えていいかもしれません。

I didn't quite understand the store name "Creative Kyoto style of the world".
The appetizer had izakaya-like side dishes, so it may mean that casual dishes will also be served.
All the window seats were like couple seats, and it was devised so that both people sitting in the seats could enjoy the scenery.
I couldn't see it because the door was closed, but there seems to be a private room by the window.
Also, the customer service was polite and good.
If you wait in line for more than an hour at a popular store on the 28th floor, you may be able to use your time more effectively if you put it in this store quickly.
