子供がいたので個室を予約。
とっても広い個室でストレスフリーでした。
お料理も丁寧に取り付けされて目でも楽しめました。

「北瑞苑」さんにお世話になりました。
ビルの三階にあるとは思えない内装に驚き、素敵なお部屋?
これだけで、食事に期待するというもの?✨
その期待を超えるべく美味しいお料理と女中さんの
心地よい接客に終始心地よく過ごさせていただきました。
とりわけ、小鍋の出汁が秀逸でした。
さすがだと思いました?
近いうちにまた行かせていただきます。

北新地駅から歩いて2分。２号線沿いにある飲食ビルの3Fにあります。
店内の印象は「老舗ホテル内の日本食レストラン」ってので。造りはしっかり、お庭もありました。
インテリアは今どきでなく、あえてなのでしょう「古風」です。
というのがお客さんの年齢層は高めで、それに合わせてかサービススタッフさんの年齢も高め。
見た感じ、女性で30代の方はいらっしゃらないのではーと。
皆さんかっちり着物を着用されてます。
北瑞苑のランチは、3,000円から(税･サービス別)。
ディナーは5,000～30,000円で、昼夜共通みたいです。
お料理の感想をざっくり言うと、「安定」「良質」「王道」。
なんでしょう、結婚式の披露宴でお食事をいただいているような…
素材は良いものをお使いでしょうし、料理人さんの腕も間違いないもののはずです。器も素敵。

とまあ、お料理については魅力に気付けない自分が悪かった。っていうのと、そういったニーズに向けてのものと飲み込みましょう。
が、接客面が。
雰囲気から期待したよりも「思いのほか適当じゃない？」が目につきまして。
お料理の説明もなんかラフ。盛り合わせはほとんどが一部の説明欠けてるし。
提供のタイミングもやたら間が空いたと思ったら急に持ってきたりで。
お皿下げる時も声かけなかったり。
新人さん？少なくともおふたりはその対応でしたが…。
問題のない方もいらっしゃったことを添えておくものの、このクラスのお店なら接客レベルは均等であることを望むのは傲慢なのでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スボーツジムのビル内にあるので、何度も行きましたが、3300円のふるまい点心は値打ちがあります。季節感あふれる綺麗で美味しい料理にサービスも何時も感心します。一緒した友人も、次はお雛様の時期に又いきたいと。美味しかったです。2160円のお弁当もお勧めです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚記念のお祝いで利用。情緒溢れる個室は落ち着いて外食を楽しめ素敵な懐石料理により舌鼓を打ちまくりでした。何より心温まるサービスに感動しました。また来年の記念日、もしくは両親が来た時に利用したいと思います。

There weren’t a lot of people in the restaurant when we arrived, but making the reservation ensures you are served the food quickly. Each dish was beautiful and a different kind of cuisine. I especially liked the soup from the snow set. Although the food and service was good, I expected the food to be more memorable for the price.
