地下鉄長堀橋駅から歩いてすぐの駅近の隠れ家的な居酒屋さん♪
同僚に連れられ何気に人生初のカウンターデビュー（笑）
お料理はどれも美味しく、野菜が苦手な私でも全然食べられました！
日本酒も種類豊富でした！(飲めないけど)

A hidden tavern near the station just a short walk from Nagahoribashi Subway Station ♪
It is taken by a colleague and what a life first counter debut (lol)
All the dishes were delicious, and I was not able to eat vegetables at all!
Sake was also rich in variety! (I can not drink it)

2019/12/19に、友人との日本食での誕生日の会で利用させていただきました。
18:45に食事を始めて2時間を予定していました。
会食の途中で小職が電話で40分程席を外したので御主人が気を使ってくださったようでお料理を出すタイミングを遅らせたようです。
でも、友人は「お店を出る時刻があるので、電話気にせずお料理早くお願いします」と伝えたようです。
後半は慌ただしくお料理が出てきました。
最後の釜めしは、芯の残った中途半端な炊き上がり……
給仕の女性から「固いですが」との言葉を添えて(ニュアンスとしては「急がしたお客さんのせいでこうなりました」……)。
驚きました…… それなら出さないでいただきたかった……
食器を出す所作もぞんざいな感じでした……
そして「急ぐなら、次はもっと早く出せるお店に連れて行ってもらってくださいね」との言葉も。(もう来るな と言う意味と受け取りました……)
このやり取りの間、給仕の女性からはお詫びや気遣いの言葉はありませんでした……
すべて「急がしたお客さんのせい」のような気配でした。
こちらも言葉がきつくなっていたのかもしれません。
最初から、20:45に出ますからとお伝えしておくべきだったのかもしれません。
しかし、せっかく日本料理店の「気遣い」や「おもてなし」の姿を友人に見せたかったのに、とても残念でした。
友人が外国人だったので、こうなったのでしょうか……
とても残念でした……
この投稿を糧に、より良くなっていただきたい願いを込めて、1点をつけさせていただきます。

後で友人から聞くと「頼んだヒレ酒、でて来なかったなぁ」と!

The work to put out the dishes was also awful ...
He also said, "If you are in a hurry, please take me to a store where you can go out sooner." (I've received the meaning of not coming anymore ...)
During this exchange, there was no apology or concern from the serving woman ...
Everything seemed to be "a hurried customer."
Here too, the words may have been tight.
Perhaps it should have been told that we'll be out at 20:45 from the beginning.
However, I was very disappointed that I wanted to show my friends the "care" and "hospitality" of Japanese restaurants.
Did this happen because my friend was a foreigner ...
I was very disappointed ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感じの良い品のある接客、料理はどれも美味しくていい仕事をされてます。クエも見せていただけて、大きさにびっくり。近くのえん弥にはよく行くのですが、なないろ今回初訪問。料理もサービスも上質で丁寧な分、お値段もそれなりに。毎週気軽にいくには少し敷居が高い感じ。普段にはない記念やたまの贅沢、ここぞの勝負にはよいお店。ジャルジャルの後藤似の接客の方もよい仕事でした。ありがとうございます。

The food and service are high quality and polite, so the price is reasonable. It feels a little difficult to go casually every week. とは言え、お料理は極めて本格的。
一方で、居酒屋的な変化球メニューも楽しめるカジュアルさもあります。
深夜までやっておられますので勝負前もよし勝負後もよしです。
なんの勝負かはさておき。
