・上下線とも階段しかなく、ご老人も子連れもスーツケース持ちも辛い。 ・ホームが狭いしカーブしてるから車両との隙間があり危険。 ・北側駐輪場は建物形状でなく屋根があるだけで狭く使いづらい。南側駐輪場は建物形状で2階建てだが1階はほぼ満車になり、階段で2階まで上がらなければならない。 ・南側出入口は2箇所あり住宅地方向は送迎車も来るので注意が必要。保育所側は南側駐輪場を通り通行するが19時にシャッターが閉まり小道を通るしかなく、狭いうえに暗く降雨時には水溜まりになるし建物の間を通るため傘を差してると上も下も注意して歩かなければならない。 ・駐車スペースがなく送迎はやや難あり。 ・周りの駅は改装して設備はいいのに福田町駅は取り残されている。車両基地の方に移転すればいいと思う。 ・ついでに言えば福田町駅近くの踏切も狭く普通車のすれ違いがギリギリで歩行者にとっては非常に危険。

鳩なんとかしてほしいです。ただでさえ縦も横も狭すぎる駅なのに、、すぐ上に鳩が住んでて頭のすぐ上飛んでくので非常に不快です。いつも新しめの抜けた羽や糞が階段や通路に大量に落ちてて、こまめに掃除してくれてるのにすぐに汚されてしまってるのが見てわかります。 階段のみでしかも階段も横幅狭いので荷物の大きい方や子連れの方は大変そうです、、、。 近くに保育所もあり、住宅街で比較的どの時間も利用者が多そうなのに、不衛生どうにかしてほしいです、、、。 嫌過ぎて自分は最近一つ先の駅使ってます。

駅の設備もさることながら「駅員」の対応もいかがなものかなと思う。車掌さんが「具合の悪いお客様がいらっしゃいます」と階段を登って来たのだが上「ここは休む場所とかないから」田 とか言っておる。階段でうずくまって動けないらしいのだが、救急車呼ぶとかいう話が出るとただでさえ悪い態度が更に悪化。若い車掌さんが可哀想だった。なんか電車で次の駅に行くことになったらしいが胸糞案件。
