★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しめの高架駅。券売機は緑、黒、紫が各1台と、構内に乗越精算機あり。みどりの窓口は6時から21時まで、びゅうプラザは日月祝日を除いた10時から17時まで。
 The new elevated station. Ticket vending machines have one green, black, purple and one, and there is a transit settlement machine in the premises. The green window is from 6 o'clock to 21 o'clock, and the plaza is from 10 o'clock to 17 o'clock, excluding the Moon & Moon Holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝6時～夜9時までみどりの窓口が開いているとは。。。川崎駅など大都会の駅ですらこんなにあいてないとおもう。多賀城駅、がんばってるなあ！
The green window is open from 6 am to 9 pm. .. .. I don't think there are so many stations in big cities such as Kawasaki station. Tagajo station, I'm doing my best!

The station was smaller and clean. But the the staff wasn't as helpful as I was asking for landmarks.
He pointed me in the wrong side of the station and I exited that way. I looked for a specific store and someone showed me where it was.
But like an station, it was pretty efficient.
