これだけ美味しくて、ボリューミ-で良心的な価格設定。相方もうまい！を連打してました。
スタッフの方も感じ良かったです。
次回は、担々麺を食べよ。
 Sichuan Ishiyaki Mapo Tofu was hot and very delicious. If you eat it with handmade udon, it's still delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用。看板メニューの石焼麻婆豆腐を注文。焼けた石のどんぶりの中でグツグツ煮立った状態ででてきました。美味しいけどとにかく熱くて辛いので食べるのにちょっと時間がかかります。一人席はアクリル板で仕切ったカウンターですが、ちょっと間隔が狭く感じました。
Available at lunch. Order the stone grilled Mapo tofu signs menu. It came out in a state in which the boiled, simmer in a bowl of stone burnt. It takes a little time to eat so spicy anyway hot but delicious. One seat is the counter that was partitioned by an acrylic plate, but a little interval I felt narrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 점심을 뭘로 먹을까 고민하다 진짜 중국 사람이 하는 것 같아 들어간 가게. 世界一、担担刀削麺(880엔)을 주문했는데 정말 맛있었다. 양도 많고 특히 국물이 예술이었음. 단골손님이 많은지 자리에 앉자마자 메뉴랑 맵기 정도를 정해서 바로 주문하는 손님이 많았다. 기회가 있다면 다른 정식 메뉴도 먹어보고 싶음. 가라아게 정식이 어디서 소개?된 적이 있다고 한다.
몇 주 후 3번째 방문. 이번에도 탄탄토쇼멘을 주문했다. 맵지도 않고 여전히 맛있었음. 이번엔 남기지 않고 다 먹었다! 다음에는 薬膳牛バラ角煮刀削麺을 먹어볼까 한다.
다시 몇 주 후 4번째 방문. 이번엔 계속 신경쓰이던 약선 어쩌구를 먹었다. 맵지 않지만 저번 탄탄토쇼멘이랑 비슷한 느낌으로 엄청 맛있었다! 규카쿠니도 많이 들어 있어서 충실한 느낌. 국물이 여전히 깊고 진하다.
5번째 방문!!! 주말 12시에 방문했는데 한산하다가 내가 밥 시키고 나서 갑자기 사람이 많아짐...주기적으로 생각나는 맛이다. 世界一、担担刀削麺이 제일 내 취향. 양도 여전히 많고 국물이 최고다. 이만큼이나 자주 방문하면 별을 올려도 될 것 같아서 4개에서 5개로 승격ㅋ.ㅋ 뭔가 얹어주는 고기 양이 엄청 많아진 느낌. (사진 중 마지막 두 장)
+ 걍 여기는 레전드…탄탄 토쇼멘의 맛을 잊을 수가 없어서 한 달에 두 번씩은 오는 듯. 하 진짜 너무 맛있다ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
I was thinking about what to eat for lunch, and I went into a restaurant that seemed like a real Chinese person. I ordered the 世界一、担担刀削麺 (880 yen) and it was really good. The quantity was great, especially the soup was a work of art. As there are many regular customers, many customers order right away after sitting down to decide on the menu and the level of spiciness. If there is a chance, I would like to try other set menus as well. It is said that karaage set meal was introduced somewhere.
Third visit a few weeks later. This time, I ordered the tan tan toshomen. It wasn't spicy and it was still delicious. This time, I ate it all without leaving any leftovers! Next time I'll try the 薬膳牛bara角煮刀削麺.
4th visit again a few weeks later. This time, I ate the medicine that I was worried about. It's not spicy, but it tasted similar to the tan tan toshomen last time! It also contains a lot of Gyukakuni, so it feels fulfilling. The broth is still deep and thick.
5th visit!!! I visited at 12:00 on a weekend, and it was quiet, but after I ordered a meal, the number of people suddenly increased... It's a taste that comes to mind periodically.世界一、担担刀削麺 is my favorite. The portion is still large and the broth is the best. I think it's okay to give a star if you visit this many times, so I promoted it from 4 to 5. ㅋㅋ It feels like the amount of meat on top has increased. (last two photos)
+ This is a legend... I can't forget the taste of the tantan toshomen, so I come here twice a month. Ha it's so delicious ?????

川崎石焼麻婆豆腐セット
ご飯、刀削麺、おかゆから選ぶことができ、珍しさで刀削麺のセットにしました。
麻婆豆腐は熱々の石鍋に入っていたのもあり、めっちゃ熱々！
辛いので尚更熱々！笑
汗だくだくになりました。
刀削麺を麻婆豆腐へつけて食べたかったのですが…
あまりの暑さに麻婆豆腐を刀削麺の上で冷ましてから食べてました。笑
麻婆豆腐ですが、豆腐が美味しかったです。
ナッツがトッピングされていたので香ばしさもあり、ぱくぱくいけちゃいました。
刀削麺は量が多いので女性だと完食するのは結構大変かも？

大辛にしたけど、辛いもの好きには普通の辛さくらいです。
ランチメニューにはないですが、餃子がさらに旨い！
白飯かお粥を選べるところも良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日12時半に訪問。席は8割ほど埋まっており、4人がけの机の対角線になるように1人客を座らせていた。ついたてはあるので感染対策はきちんとしてそう。
酢豚定食+麻婆皿1150円を注文。
味付けはきちとした黒酢酢豚で美味しかったが、衣と肉の間に隙間が大きいところが気になった。麻婆豆腐は市販の合わせ調味料と大差ない普通の味だったのが少し残念。
中華激戦区の川崎の中では味のパンチが足りず、リピートはないと思う。

I ordered a vinegared pork set meal + a mapo tofu plate for 1150 yen.
The seasoning was delicious with a neat black vinegar vinegar pork, but I was worried that there was a large gap between the clothes and the meat. It's a little disappointing that Mapo tofu had a normal taste that wasn't much different from the commercially available mixed seasonings.
In Kawasaki, a fierce battlefield in China, I don't think there is enough punch in the taste and there is no repeat.

麻婆豆腐定食にライス（他に刀削麺とお粥が選べます。）で、辛さは大辛を選んだのですが、石鍋一杯のボリュームで熱々のが運ばれてきました。私はぬるくなるのが好きじゃないのでテンションがあがります。麻婆豆腐は素材、味付けの濃さ、辛さバランスがとても取れていて塩けも麻辣も、くどく無い範囲で薬味含めてとても旨くまとめられていました。あと食材が良いのでしょうねお肉や豆腐、薬味なも良かったです。
川崎界隈で気軽に、四川の本格麻婆豆腐をここで頂けると思います。ご馳走様でした。

Feel free to enjoy authentic Mapo tofu from Sichuan here in the Kawasaki area. It was a treat.
