★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 角煮セット（税込950円）、角煮のトロトロ感は良かったのですが角煮に添えてあるものがずっとジャリジャリしてました。スープはただの中華スープかと思いきや中華風コーンスープでこれは美味しかったです

特にチャーハンがしょっぱすぎて作り間違え？ってレベルでした。
同じチェーン店でもJR川崎タワーに入ってる阿里城の方が断然美味しかった。

Shrimp wonton noodles are the best! I've been to many shops all over Japan that have Wonton noodles, but I think the most recommended one is Wonton noodles from Ali Castle. It's very close to the taste I ate in Hong Kong ^ --^

もう…結論から言えば…
不味くて食べるのが苦痛だった、セブンイレブンで売っているチルドのタンメンの方がよほど美味しいと思った。
麺も具もよく言えばたっぷり、悪く言えば、これでもかとただもってるだけ…
何より味がしない!
ウェイパーのような中華調味料を薄めて薄めてスープにした感じで…
塩気を入れ忘れてませんか?スープの味見をお店の方はしないのでしょうか。
食べて後悔したのは本当に久しぶり。勿体ないの思いで頑張って食べたけど苦痛だった。
食べるならこの店の隣の玉のラーメンを本当にオススメします……

麻婆豆腐でつけ麺は見たことがないぞと期待を寄せながら出来上がるのを待っていましたが、麺は所々固まっており、全体的に食べづらかったです。麻婆豆腐は普通の麻婆豆腐だなという感じでした。
後から同じ店で110円のジュースをクレジットで買おうとしましたが、「クレジットのご利用は300円からなんです(設置してある端末的には何円でもOKかつ端末はルフロンの運営者が店舗に貸し出しているもの)」と抜かしたことを言っており、クレジットカードの加盟店規約に反して利用金額に下限を設けていました。
二度と行きたくありません。

クチコミで手削りで無いことは知っていたのですが、花椒が結構効いているとの事なので、一応食べてみるかと訪問しました。
結論から言うと、フードコートの割には良いのでは無いでしょうか。
麺はモチモチした茹で加減で、花椒もバッチリ効いて、痺れも申し分無いです。
ただ、油が多いので、もう少し減らせればと思いました。
個人店や有名店でも、この位、この金額で提供している店舗があるので麻辣刀削麺に関しては、星3としました。
paypayが使えるのもありがたいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台湾小料理と言いつつも日本人が好む中華料理が集まっている印象で味付けも寄せていますね。(角がなく丸く少し旨みが有る印象)
今回は担々麺セットと焼き餃子を注文。
担々麺はスープはとても薄味でしたが、店員さんが言う通りに肉味噌を解いたらバランス良くなりました。炒飯は玉子叉焼メインでやや薄めの味付け、悪くない感じです。
餃子は皮厚めでお腹に少したまります。
デザートのゼリーは辛口になるのでノーコメント。
手頃なセットが有るので何回かリピートしようかな？と考えています。
