r	r n on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レバニラとライス大盛でオーダー。以前から知ってはいたのですが、常に並んでいるので、またで良いかと、中々タイミングが合わ無かったのですが、今回はお昼時なのにタイミング良く直ぐに座る事が出来ました。でも、その後直ぐに混み合ってしまったので、さすが人気店ですね。レバーは片栗粉かな？一回揚げてあるタイプで一手間掛かっている分、抜群に旨いですね。しかもモヤシよりニラが多いのも嬉しいですね。ご飯大盛はかなり多いですね。ただ、ちょっと柔らかめでした。 Ordered with Levanilla and a large serving of rice. ち	ちーちゃん推し on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とある1月の陽気の良い日にお参りした川崎大師。もう一つの目的だったラーショ大師店は残念ながら臨時休業(;_;)。次点で決めていたのが、こちらのお店。周辺はラ・チッタデッラの華やかなエリアにありますが、お店自体は路地裏の何とも雰囲気のありげな場所に立地しています。昼の営業開始20分前で一番乗り。11時30分のオープン時には続々と行列が伸びていましたね。カウンター無しの店内は数多くの椅子とテーブルが整然と並べられております。注文したのは『五目チャーハン（770円）』と名物の誉れ高い『シューマイ３個（374円）』、メニューを拝見すると、とにかく安い！どのお料理もリーズナブルですねぇ。シューマイが先着し、程なくお盆に乗ったチャーハンが到着。大好きな海老チャーハンにしなかったのですが、海老も２匹ちょこんとのっています。出来栄えはかなり水分を含んでいるようでパラパラ感は少なく、しっとりとした仕上がり。化調は弱めで、卵のふんわり感が全体を覆っている優しい味わいです。ボリュームも一般的な大盛りくらいあるような。シューマイは３個入りで１つ１つが大粒。ギッシリと密度濃く具材が詰まっており食べ応え十分。川崎式の味噌ダレではなくオーソドックスにお醤油で頂きました。中華スープは青海苔が入っており磯の風味がGood！他のお客さん達の麺類や炒め物も美味そうだなぁ。お客さんによってかなり注文がバラけていましたので、どのジャンルも人気があるのでしょう。一番に入ったのでお料理の到着も早く、あっという間に食べ終わり。12時ちょっと前に退散しましたが、既に30名以上の行列が。川崎を代表する町中華の名店です。 Kawasaki Daishi visited on a sunny day in January. M	Masa Nakanishi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川崎でランチタイム、、、いつも参考にさせて頂いている食ブロガーさんお薦めの日式大陸中華、、、成喜に最初から心を決めてました?? 開店と同時の入店を狙い11:25頃にお店に着くと、既に5名ほどの方が並んでいます、、、さすが人気店です? 11:30ちょうどにオープン、、、一番奥の席に案内頂きました。オーダーは既に決定済み、、、評判の五目炒飯と川崎味噌ダレで食す名物の餃子?をお願いしてデリバリを待ちます。 10分もかからずにまずは炒飯が配膳、、、数分後に餃子です。お味の方ですが、炒飯はしっとり系で角切りの焼豚が豊富に入り美味しい(&結構なボリューム?)、、、、そして餃子?は餡に野菜が多いタイプで味噌ダレにマッチしていけてました?お店の方も頻繁に、、、「お水ありますか」、、、と聞いて下さるなど気持ちの良いサービスを受けることができました。ご馳走様でした?
