★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １番から番まで８種類の値段の日替りがあります。その他定番の品も値段に合わせて番号の食券を買うシステムです。本日は一番安い¥500の定食が厚揚げと豚肉の豆板醤炒めで、写真が美味しそうだったのでそれにしました。厚揚げと豚肉の他に白菜とニンジンとタマネギとキクラゲが入った、豆板醤よりキムチの素のような味のとろみが絡んだ炒め物です。この値段なので豚肉は多くはないですが厚揚げはたっぷりなのでたんぱく質は摂取出来ます。玉子とワカメのスープは大陸系中華でよくある塩味も旨味も薄い物です。以前はご飯のおかわりが無料でしたが有料になったようです。一杯¥100で半ライス¥50だそうです。カウンター越しに百円玉で支払いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯麵と炒飯のセットが自販機にないため、店員に訊くと、拉麺と炒飯セット580円を押してと指示された。カウンター越しにコックさんに湯麵ね、と念を押すとOK的レスポンスだったので安心していると、出されたのは拉麺と炒飯のセットでした。
マスク越しのやり取りなので、湯麵と拉麺を普通に聞き違えていたのでしょう。最初はごねていましたが、追加100円で作り直しとなりました。つまり湯麵と炒飯セットは680円ってことですね。自販機には「野菜湯麵」と書かれていたので、最初から「野菜」をつけて伝えればよかった。
炒飯はさらっとしすぎで、湯麵も同様にスープは淡白ですが、具材と麺の多さは満足。
安くて美味しいほかの料理がきっとあるから人気なのだでしょうから、少し通ってみたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安くて美味くて量も多い。チャーハンは￥580で大盛り無料。お腹いっぱいになります。特別な感じはありませんが、そこまで油っぽくなくパラパラとしっとりの中間ぐらい。具は卵にハム、人参、ネギ、グリーンピース、チャーシューも結構しっかり入っている王道チャーハンです。セット物も全体的に安いです。

It doesn't feel special, but it's not so oily and it's about halfway between moist and moist. 暑くなってきたのに、辛いものが食べたくなり、麻辣刀削麺と半チャーハンのセットを選択
開店すぐに入店だったので先客は１名、Ｌ字カウンターのみのお店で、食券購入後にエアコン近くの席を確保
それほど待つことなく提供されました
スープを飲むと、それほど辛くはない様子
刀削麺なので、モチモチしてます
しばらく食べ進んで行くと、初めはそれ程でもなかった辛さ痺れが、じんわり効いてきて、汗が出てきます
花椒が効いてていい感じです
チャーハンもあっさりめで、小皿のザーサイ細切りもいい感じ
自分にはちょっと量が多く、最後はキツかったですが、大変美味しかったです
自分の後にも何組か入店があり、人気店のようでした

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月2は行く店。ここの麻辣刀削麺は安定感あり。カウンターだけの9席と狭いですが、大体埋まってますね。花椒もバッチり効いています。
パクチーは残念ながら入っていないです。
今回は冷やし坦々刀削麺のセットをオーダー。
いや〜美味いっす。
辛さはだいぶマイルドですが、ゴマの風味とスープが絶妙に美味いですね。
麺もランチタイムの最中、しっかりと締められていて歯応えが最高でした。
これは是非オススメしたいですね！

玉子と豚のクシン炒めを頂きました。
まず、量は凄い多いです。さすがは、現場労働者の街だな！と唸るレベル。
味も悪くはない。スペシャルな凄い料理が出てくる訳ではありませんが、普通に美味しいですよ。価格も安いし、コスパは申し分なし。
お店の規模や、内装、雰囲気的に、家族連れには向かないと思いますが。
Googleのこの店への口コミは辛口のものが多い気がしましたが、川崎の方は、余程、口が肥えてらっしゃるのようで。www
もしくは、このお値段が贅沢で、高級店に行く感覚で、過剰な期待をしちゃってる方たち？www
