★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 盆前に引っ越し先の鍵を受け取る為に訪問。手続きはあまりにあっさりしてて、これだけ？って感じだったが初めて他県から来るのを伝えてるんだから新居までの交通機関はどこを使えばいいくらいは教えてほしかったですね。すぐ近くにバス停あるのに、どこ行きのバスに乗れば家の近くで停まるなんて一言も無かったし、自転車置場に知らんチャリが停まったままなんてのも把握してないやろ？ってのもあったし、それを伝えても管理会社にすぐ連絡もしてくれんから直接管理会社に連絡したし。入居前に部屋の寸法を測って教えてもらえませんかとお願いしたら図面が無いから分かりません、と頓珍漢な回答寄越したりもしたなぁ。鍵持ってんだから、入って測ればいいやんと思ったが。
まあ、不動産会社ってのはそんなに簡単には受からない難しい資格を持ってる割には結構適当な奴多いからね。以前住んでた福岡の春日市にも糞みたいに適当なのがいたから。
とは言っても自分が希望した条件に合う物件がサイトに掲載されてたのはエイブルだけだったから、そこは優れてるのかも。

When I asked if I could measure the dimensions of the room before moving in, I couldn't understand it because I didn't have the drawings. I had the key, so I thought I should go in and measure it.
Well, many real estate companies are quite suitable for having difficult qualifications that are not so easy to accept. I used to live in Kasuga City, Fukuoka, because there was something like feces.
That said, Able was the only property listed on the site that met the conditions I wanted, so it may be excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分と同じようなことがないようにこれを見た人は口コミなど調べてから不動産屋さんを選んでほしいです。
はっきり言っておすすめしません。理由としては、
1つ目、初期費用を上乗せされました。法人契約だった為、契約してから気付きました。訪問した時に聞いていた費用と実際の費用が異なっていました。
2つ目、契約を急かされます。部屋を決めるのに悩んでいたところ「今日契約しないと部屋がなくなるかもしれない。後日でも良いが、部屋が他の人に取られても知りません。」と言うようなことを言われて、すぐに契約してしまいました。
しっかり口コミをみて不動産屋さんを選べば良かったと後悔しています。

I regret that I should have carefully looked at the reviews and chose a real estate agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エイブルで契約してしまって心から後悔しています。賃貸契約は高額ですし利用しない方がいいと思います。低評価 クレームつけた事はないですが人生で初めて書き込みます、その位ストレスが溜まっています。
女性店員に虚偽の説明を受け契約してしてしまいました。口頭での説明なので証拠はありませんが、私の中で譲れない項目での内容なので100%相手に非があります。何度も確認したのに入居が決まってから違う説明を受けました。
鍵の受け渡しでも理不尽なトラブルがありたまに思い出してはイライラしてます。
入居してから騒音トラブルに悩まされて何度も電話をしてますが口だけで何も対策してくれません、入居が決まるまでは良い対応でしたが入居してしまえばどうでもいいのでしょう。
住民トラブルをエイブルに擦りつけるのは良くないかもしれませんが対応に納得できません。

It may not be good to rub the residents' troubles against Able, but I am not convinced of the response.
