★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店がスーモに載せていた物件を内見したいと電話したら、来店してくださいとのこと。
来店したら、「その物件を扱ってる会社は今日は休みなので内見できません。」
事前に確認してほしかったです。
別の物件も紹介してもらいましたが、私の条件に合わない物件も多数紹介されたせいでかなり時間取られました。何の為に最初にシートに条件を記入させたのでしょう。
そして気になった物件を内見お願いしたら、「ちょうど昨日募集終了しました。」はい、そうですか。
募集終了したと言っていた物件が2週間以上経った今もスーモに掲載されてます。
おとり物件と言われても仕方ないですよ。
本当に時間の無駄でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川崎で部屋を探していたのでスーモから問い合わせこの不動産屋に行きました。しかし希望した部屋は直前にほかの人に取られてしまったということでした。しかしその後に行った別の不動産屋でその部屋はもっと前から埋まっていたと言われました。
ここのお店は最新情報の取得が遅いと思いました。
同じような書き込みがここにあったので、時間を無駄にしたくない人は行く前に問い合わせた部屋がまだ空いているか担当の方に電話で確認したほうがいいと思います。
I was looking for a room in Kawasaki, so I contacted Sumo and went to this real estate agent. However, the room I wanted was taken by another person just before. But later in another real estate agency I was told that the room had been filled earlier.
I thought that the shop here was slow to get the latest information.
There is a similar post here, so if you don't want to waste your time, you should call the person in charge before calling to see if there is still room available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関さんが素晴らしく無能でした。2／7辺りにクリーニング終了するので、それ以降の入居となる旨を伝えられるが、実際は1/31にクリーニング終了していた。結果入居は2/11となった。なんとか交渉して駐輪場代がタダになりました→そもそも最初から無料。仲介手数料の金額ミス。話が単純につまらん。ありがとうございました！感謝です！
Mr. Seki was wonderfully incompetent. Since cleaning was completed around 2/7, it was told that it would move in after that, but in fact cleaning had been completed on January 31. As a result, occupancy was 2/11. Somehow we negotiated and the bicycle parking fee became free → free from the beginning. Incorrect amount of brokerage commission. The story is simply boring. Thank you very much! Thanks!

初めての一人暮らしで、右も左もわからなかったですが、担当の方がとても親切で自分目線になって色々と教えてくれました。

良い物件をたくさん紹介してくれました。
物件の良い所ばかりでなく悪い所があったらちゃんと教えてくれました。
難しいと思っていた不動産の知識も、何かに例えてわかりやすく丁寧に教えていただき、少し不動産の知識がついた気がします…笑
エリアも広範囲で探していただき、そのエリアの利点や不便な点、物件の近くにスーパーがあるなど色々な情報を知っていて安心感がありました。
担当の方以外のスタッフさんも明るく、店の雰囲気もとても良かったです。
