★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パソコンの修理で利用しましたが、案内してくれた人が新人だったのか、言うことが二転三転し料金でさえ最初に聞いていた3倍の値段をとられました。待ち時間とやりとりに疲れたので早く帰りたいという気持ちから、文句は言いませんでしたが、初めて利用する方は気をつけた方がいいです。
時間も手間もお金も損した気分です。
雑だったり負担のある使い方はしていなかったのに、パソコンも2年ももたなかったので、次壊れたら別の会社のパソコンを利用します。

I feel like I've lost time, effort, and money.
I didn't use it in a rough or burdensome way, but I didn't have a computer for two years, so if it breaks next time, I'll use another company's computer.
