もう少し安いと嬉しいです。
It's expensive but the cookies are very delicious! The Uzumaki cookie is crispy and really great. It is popular with anyone.
I hope it's a little cheaper.

古いからこんな固くなってしまったの？？
バターサンドは、クッキー部分がサクサクで美味しかったけれど値段が高い。
これなら別のバターサンドを買うかなー。
The scones weren't too tasty.
It's too hard like a stone and my teeth are about to break.
Did it get so hard because it's old? ??
The butter sand had a crispy cookie part and was delicious, but the price was high.
I wonder if I would buy another butter sand.

中心部より南に歩いて数分にある、気になっていた小さな焼き菓子のお店「Clown Cookie」
お土産用と自分用の焼き菓子と、ソフトクリームを求めて伺いました。
自分用に購入したクッキーやバターサンドは、優しい味でとても美味しかったです。
苺クランチ、苺バタークリーム、苺シフォン、ラズベリーに苺クリーム、カモミールとミントのゼリーが入ったソフトクリームパフェの「ichigo」は、流石「クッキー屋さんのソフトクリーム」
いろんな味・食感で、こちらもとても美味しかったです。
そして、何よりスタッフの方の接客がとっても丁寧親切で、気持ちのいいものでした。

"Clown Cookie", a small baked confectionery shop that I was curious about, a few minutes walk south of the center
I asked for souvenirs, baked goods for myself, and soft serve ice cream.
The cookies and butter sand I bought for myself had a gentle taste and were very delicious.
"Ichigo", a soft serve ice cream parfait containing strawberry crunch, strawberry butter cream, strawberry chiffon, raspberry, strawberry cream, chamomile and mint jelly, is a "cookie shop soft serve".
It had various tastes and textures, and it was also very delicious.
And above all, the customer service of the staff was very polite and kind, and it was pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very meticulous barista! Her espresso coffee was the best espresso coffee by far that I’ve had in Japan. Didn’t keep her beans in the grinder - rule 101 for preventing coffee beans from
drying out. She even measured the coffee beans and milk volumes for each coffee. A little slow with service but I would recommend 100% if you’re in kyoto and are craving an Australian style coffee.
So tired of places in Japan with awesome reviews that disappoint, hence reviewing this one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll definitely come here again at the next time in Kyoto. Awesome butter sandwich cookies and drinks. Those are little bit pricey but still reasonable cuz all are homemade. Latte is even not only quality which is served by normal sweets shops, it’s superb. Staffs are really kind and polite.
