Value: Great food and probably the friendliest on our wallet so far in Japan.
The Good: Fresh curry that is not too sweet. We also had the tonkatsu and chicken karaage - all were cooked perfectly, crunchy but still moist inside.
The Bad: A bit small (there might be an upstairs area but we came during a typhoon warning so maybe it wasn't opened).
Bath/Rest/Wash-rooms: ??? (didn't go).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious and exceptional value curry! We loved this cute little spot. English menu available too ?? I saw another reviewer say it was spicy - you can taste the spice but in my opinion it was mild. Yum!

Very convenient curry place for people staying at the Khaosan Kyoto guesthouse hostel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a rainy and cool afternoon, a good spicy curry is a good choice to match the weather. I came across this shop because of its good review and it did not disappoint. If you are into a bit spicy, you would enjoy this shop’s curry as it’s food spiciness rides the thin line of spicy and too spicy. Ordered the ebi curry and the shrimp’s crunchiness deserves a good number of stars.
