★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青葉城に寄ったついでに牛タンを食べに来ました。お昼時だったので待ちは何組かいましたが15分くらいで入店出来ました。席数はカウンターが10席程度、奥にもテーブルが何個かあるくらいでそこまで広くはないように思えました。カウンター席は目の前が調理場なので焼かれている牛タンの香りが漂って食欲が増します。肉厚の牛タンを食べれるのが仙台の売りで焼肉屋で普段出てくる薄いものとは違い食べ応えがあります。味付けも濃いめなのでご飯がすすみます。おかわり自由というところが嬉しかったです。仙台の名物をとりあえず味わいたいという方にオススメです。
 After coming to Aoba Castle, I came to eat beef tongue. As it was lunch time, we waited several pairs, but we were able to enter the store in around 15 minutes. It seems that the number of seats is not so wide as there are about 10 seats at the counter and some tables at the back. The counter seat is a cooking area in front of you, so the smell of roasted beef tongue will make your appetite stronger. It is a sale of Sendai that can eat thick beef tongue and there is an eating response unlike the thin ones that usually appear in a yakiniku restaurant. The seasoning is also dark, so I can eat the rice. I was happy to say that it was another freedom. It is recommended for those who want to taste the specialties of Sendai for the time being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11時の開店と同時に入店しました。店を出る頃には待ち客が数組いました。場所柄、殆どは観光客でしょう。
折角だからと思って極厚芯たん定食2300円を頂きました。食べ応えはタップリなのですが厚いためか、噛み切るのが難しく食べづらかったです。10年以上前に駅前のアーケード通りで食べた厚切り牛タンの旨さに驚いたもんですが、今回はそれほどの感動はありませんでした。
これよりも普通の牛タン定食の方が柔らかくって味が深く美味しかったです。今度機会があったら普通の方を選びたいと思います。
テールスープはダシが出ていてこれは美味しかったです。
店内は思ったより狭く、数脚のテーブル席と円形のテーブル座敷、カウンター席から成っており、多くの客を収容できない感じです。

I thought that it was a corner, and I got a very thick core set meal 2300 yen. The response to eating is very tasty, but because it is thick, it was difficult to bite and difficult to eat. I was surprised by the taste of the thick beef tongue that I ate on the arcade street in front of the station more than 10 years ago, but this time I was not so impressed.
The regular beef tongue set was softer, deeper and more delicious than this. If there is an opportunity next time, I would like to choose a normal person.
The tail soup had a dashi and it was delicious.
The inside of the store is narrower than expected, and it consists of several table seats, a round table tatami mat, and counter seats.

一階はお土産コーナー、二階で食事ができる。
午前中に仙台城跡を観光するならここでのランチをお勧め。
席の間隔がかなーりゆったりしていて、凄く落ち着ける。また、お店イチ押しの芯たん定食は量、質共に文句無し。値段も納得。
全肯定でお勧めできる牛タン屋さん。

伊達の牛タン本舗さんの他店は行ったことがありませんが、こちらの支店に関しては焼き上がりすぐのお肉さえも固く噛みきれません。スープ内のテール肉も少し臭いがありました。有名店なだけに残念です。
他店が美味しいとのことでしたら、同じようにな品質で提供して頂きたいと思いました。次回に期待します。
I went during the tour of Aoba Castle. It was a weekend so it was crowded, so I wrote down my name and lined up.
I haven't been to another store of Date Ushitan Honpo, but I can't even chew the meat right after it's baked at this branch. The tail meat in the soup also had a slight odor. It's a shame because it's a famous store.
If other stores are delicious, I would like them to offer the same quality. I look forward to it next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他県から来る方の多くから牛タンと言えば真っ先に利久という声を多く聞きますが、伊達の牛たん本舗も美味しいですよ～。
こちらは仙台城址の近くにある店舗で、観光客に人気です。
土日や祝日、連休の時などは待ちが出来る状態にまで人が戻りつつあります。
1階はお土産用の牛タン販売、2階がレストランになっています。
比較的ゆったり座れる配置にはなっていますが、それだけに混雑時は待つ時間が少し長くなるかも知れません。
青葉城フードコートにも牛タン丼がありますが、定食の方が本来の美味しさを味わえるような気がします。
ただひとつ牛たん本舗に入って不親切かもと思ったのは、レストラン混雑時になると1階のお土産用牛タン販売のカウンターに店員さんがいないこと。
お土産を買いに入った時、店員さんがいなくてしばらく待ちました。
せっかく観光客も戻りつつあるところなので、地元民としては改善して欲しいなと思い、あえて書きました(^-^;)

The only thing I thought was unfriendly when I entered the beef tongue main office was that there was no clerk at the souvenir beef tongue sales counter on the first floor when the restaurant was crowded.
When I bought souvenirs, I waited for a while without a clerk.
Since tourists are returning, I wanted to improve it as a local, so I dared to write it (^-^;)
