★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?⚔?伊達武将隊のかたより推し?の牛タン屋さんを教えてもらい、翌日の2021年12月13日のランチでお伺いしました、、当日の朝は冬模様、、11:00過ぎ、少し☃️がぱらついてました、、仙台アーケード街より少し離れた牛たん専門店さんです、店内はサラリーマンの方々でに大賑わいでした、注文したメニューも凄くボリュームがあり、さすが?牛タン専門店、、って感じでとても美味しく頂きましたm(__)m、、来店がもう少し遅く到着してたら行列で❄寒い中並ぶところでした、、、それほど人気なお店なんですね‼️。

注文しました。
まずはテールスープを一口。
他店とは違う、全く出会ったことのない、美味しいものです。
牛タンは
筋が無く、下処理がきちんとなされていて、
柔らかい噛み応えで、
噛み切るのもすんなりと行きます。
次回も、訪れてみたいです。
親切丁寧なお店の方々。
美味しかったです♪
通販も購入して自宅でも楽しんでみたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名店に土曜日の昼に訪問。運良くすんなり入店できました。ミックス定食を頂きました。ご飯にとてもよく合い、テールスープも美味しく頂きました。次はビールを飲みながらしぐれ煮をと思いました。店員さんの対応も気持ち良く、長く続く理由もわかります。
Visited a famous store on Saturday afternoon. Fortunately, I was able to enter the store smoothly. I had a mixed set meal. It goes very well with rice and the tail soup was delicious. Next time, I thought I would boil shigureni while drinking beer. The clerk's response is also pleasant, and you can see why it lasts for a long time.

【味噌カツ！】
・仙台では珍しく味噌カツが食べられます。
・ちょーっと味が違いますが、美味しいですよ。
・味噌がサラッとしてますね。
【牛タン】
・かなり歯応えあり、ちゃんと噛んで食べましょう。
・ハーフ定食だったので4切れでしたが、十分な量。
【ご飯とスープ】
・むぎご飯ですかね？柔らかめでした。
・テールスープ？ですかね、スープですが、ゴロゴロの牛肉が入っているので、かなりのボリュームですよ。
【あったかい接客】
・PayPayとか使えます。
・小上がりとカウンターで、10席ちょっと。
・まー定食屋ですし、立地的に若い女性がふらっと入るのには勇気がいるかもしれません。
・ただ、中に入ってしまえば、ご主人以下店員さんが暖かく迎えてくれます。

・ Tail soup? It's a soup, but it's a lot of volume because it contains rumbling beef.

・ A little over 10 seats at the counter and a small rise.
・ It's a set meal restaurant, and it may be courageous for young women to come in casually.
・ However, once inside, the clerk below the owner will warmly welcome you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super value for money and soooo good! Huge portions at just ¥1300. Got the mixed set cause I wanted to try the Miso Katsu. Gyutan is the best I've tried in Sendai by far :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to go here, by the people at the guest house I am staying at, and I'm so glad I did! the service is quick, the owner's are so friendly and the food is to die for! I recommend sticking with the simple Gyutan(beef tongue) combination. The beef tongue is both soft and chewy and so full of flavor. It also came with a side of pickled cabbage and a little jalepeno (or some other chili) mashed a bit into a paste which added a nice spice to the meal. Very affordable at 1700 yen for the largest combination platter, and you won't find any better Gyotan in Sendai! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure what's in the sauce for the pork but I loved it. Sweet but not too sweet. The tongue was also very delicious. Juicy and good texture. The soup that comes with the set was also perfect. A perfect balance. The chef and his family that work this restaurant are all friendly and I really enjoyed talking with them. Their hospitality makes the meal even more enjoyable.
