今回はアボカドと庄内柿のサラダ 食べる事に夢中で写真撮影が不可能でしたがジャンボマッシュルーム?のアヒージョも絶品でした 又先日もお伺いしました写真送信致します今回は手作りピクルス 月山だけ 牛すじ煮込み 全てが美味しかったです
昨夜もお伺いしました 写真撮影を忘れてしまいましたがアスパラのサラダ山形産非常に柔らかく甘味が有りドレッシングは自家製のオリーブオイル パルミジャーノレジャーノなど素晴らしく美味しく頂きました

ランチ茄子ごんげ丼
味噌味隠し味はバターだと思います青じそのったご飯進む味つけお米はつや姫山形だしにチーズドレッシングのサラダ味噌はお麩にアミの味噌汁コーヒー付いてで850円少ないようでがっちり飯です。

1人でうかがっても楽しめますし、少人数でも団体でも楽しめるお店だと思います。
混雑してくると、店主がてんやわんやしているのが目に見えてわかるのがとても
面白いです。あの店主も山形名物の一つかもしれません。
安いお店ではないのですが高いわけでもなく、こだわり抜いた食材、こだわり抜いたお酒を選んで出しているからこそ美味しく感動させられると思います。そこのあなたもぜひ、足を運んでみてはいかがでしょうか？

美味しかった。
山形のご飯は美味しいですね。
一番町に「山形」の看板が出ていたので誘われるままに入りました。マスターお一人でやってるのでお水とかコーヒーとかセルフです。
量は、女性にはちょうど良いかと。お値段も手頃。
優しいお味でした。
テーブル席が10席ぐらいだったかな。
のんびり、リラックス出来ました。
夜の山形のお酒というのも気になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ミートローフは他の方が書いているようにサイコロ状で一瞬ミートローフない？と思ってしまいましたが（笑）糖質を気にしているタイミングだったので野菜たっぷりでかえって良かったです。山形のだしはこれだけでご飯が食べられます。糖質気にしてるのにだだちゃ豆ジェラート頼みましたが甘さがかなり控えめで個人的にはこれもかなり良かった。豆の粒がごろごろしているのも好きでした。
オーナーさんも気さくで昼休みで時間が限られていたので提供に時間がかかると言われ、それ伝えていたらだいぶ時間を気にかけてくださいました。
Meat loaf is dice like others wrote, isn't it a moment? I thought (laughs) it was a timing when I was concerned about sugar, so it was nice to eat plenty of vegetables. Yamagata no Dashi is enough for eating rice. I asked dachacha gelato though I was worried about sugar, but the sweetness was fairly modest and personally this was also very good. I also liked that the grains of beans were smooth.
The owner was also friendly and it was said that it would take time to provide because it was a lunch break and time was limited, so if I told it, I was careful about the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chic-modern cafe just slightly removed from Ichibancho SunMall. They pride themselves on being a "Yamagata restaurant," so all their dishes are served with ingredients from Yamagata. Yamagata sake available as well. Everything we had was meticulously prepared with a sharp attention to detail. I'd definitely like to come back here, maybe in the evening next time.
