★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通の焼き肉のようにカルビとか有りません。コースが基本になりますが、お肉はとても美味しいです。また、スタッフがそれぞれの適した焼き方で焼いてくれます。最初、焼き物がなくて心配になりましたが、後半に十分満足なぐらい出てきます。ただ、唯一場所が少し離れているのがデメリットですかね。

コースで各部位を楽しめます。混雑していないときはスタッフが美味しく焼いてくれます。総じて臭みを全く感じないのにたっぷりの肉汁でコクとうま味を堪能できるお肉です。やさしい歯ごたえも抜群です。仮に苦手な部位があったとしても美味しく克服できるでしょう。漢方で育てた牛は健康体になるため肉と内臓がきれいになるそうですが、確かにそれが味に反映されています。
「漢方米」という漢方で育てたご飯を出してくれます。やさしくもハッキリとしたお米の味がしながら糠臭さは全くありません。始めて食べたときに驚きました。やさしい味の漢方茶のサービスもあります。
５０００円のコースでも十分に高級肉を堪能できますが、単品であればさらに安く楽しめます。
日本酒の銘柄にもこだわっているようです。値段は高くありません。こだわりのとっくりやグラスに注いでくれます。
店主とスタッフが大変フレンドリーで居心地が良いです。混雑時にはやや慌ただしくなるようです。空いてる日を選んだほうが良いでしょう。
１階はカウンター５席と４人テーブル１卓。２階は複数の個室です。
男女別トイレは狭いですが清潔にされています。バリアフリーには対応していないようです。

This is a Japanese beef specialty store with a gentle taste that the body accepts. We offer high-quality “Chinese Wagyu beef” at a low price. Among regular customers, it seems to be more delicious and reputable than the highest-ranked Sendai beef.
You can enjoy each part in the course. When not crowded, the staff will bake deliciously. It is a meat that you can fully enjoy the richness and umami taste with plenty of juice without feeling the smell at all. The gentle texture is also excellent. Even if there are parts that you are not good at, you will be able to overcome them deliciously. The cows raised in Kampo seem to be healthy, so the meat and internal organs are clean, but that is certainly reflected in the taste.
They serve rice grown in Chinese medicine called “Chinese rice”. The taste of rice is gentle and clear, but there is no odor. I was surprised when I first ate it. There is also a gentle taste of Kampo tea service.
You can thoroughly enjoy high-quality meat even at the 5000 yen course, but if it is a single item, you can enjoy it even more cheaply.
It seems to stick to the brand of sake. The price is not high. It pours into a glass that is exactly what you want.
The owner and staff are very friendly and cozy. It seems to be a little busy when it gets crowded. It's better to choose a free day.
The first floor has 5 counters and a table for 4 people. The second floor is a number of private rooms.
The men's and women's toilets are small but clean. It does not seem to support barrier-free.

仙台牛と違って「脂」で勝負している肉質ではなく「旨味」のお肉です。
そのためどの部位を食べても旨味が口の中に広がり、サーロインなどの脂の多い部位を食べたあとであっても、口の中には余計なこってり感は全く残りません。いちいちウーロン茶で洗い流さなくてもいい不思議な脂です。中高年の人には特にオススメします。ホルモン類も抜群に美味しいです。
コースで頼むと野菜もたっぷりついてきます。肉質といい野菜といい、健康を気にする方にもオススメできます。
焼肉店はただでさえ換気が良いのに、個室もあり、感染予防の観点からも完璧な状態でした。店員さんも皆さん丁寧な対応です。
コースだけではなく丼物とかもあるみたいですので、気軽に行って大丈夫そうです。すき焼きもあるみたいなので、次回試そうと思います。
