正直ここ以外の不動産屋が当該物件の取り扱いがあったらそっちで取引したかったです。
相手が素人だからと多くの不動産屋が適当な仕事をしてるのは周知の事実ですが、客を軽く見てあわよくばと思っているのは本当に改善してほしいです。

最初の電話対応がとても良く、こちらに申し込めて良かったと思っていただけに、手のひらを返した結末には心底ガッカリ。
電話対応は何のためにしているのですか？
メール対応が全てだと言うのなら、電話には出ない方がいいかと思います。
予約した日に電話対応をしてくださったお姉さん、ご自身の発した言葉には責任を持ってください。

「ホテルでも当日キャンセルはキャンセル料がかかります」の記載がありましたが、そんな基本的な事は当然 存じております。
何度も言いますが、利用したい日を伝えた上でキャンセル料の事をお聞きしており、急を要していたので電話で聞いた方が確実だと思い お電話差し上げた次第です。
キャンセル料はきちんとお支払いしましたが、「弊社スタッフのご案内に誤りがあり申し訳ありませんでした」という言葉は一切ありませんでした。
