★ ★ ★ ★ ★ だいぶ前になりますが、松葉づえを使っていた時、地上からTX入り口に向かうエスカレーターのスピードが結構速く感じられ、安全に乗れそうもないので使うのを断念して、だいぶ遠回りになるものの、安心して渡れる地上の道を横断して反対側にあるエレベーターを使いました。
Although it was a long time ago, when using Matsue Zue, the speed of the escalator going from the ground to the TX entrance was felt quite fast and it seems unlikely to be safe to ride, so I gave up using it and it was quite a detour, I used the elevator on the other side across the ground road that I could cross with my heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this station over an year ago when traveling from Tsukuba to Tokyo.
As foreigner the directions were clear enough to find the right platform and board the right train.
The station was clean and staff was helpful as much as possible despite the language barrier to explain in English.
The trains come on time and people disembark and embark on the train in an orderly manner, all in typical Japanese way. It was a pleasure to be using their train services.
