スタッフの方がとても親切で、後に述べますが
僕みたいな若造でも真摯に対応して頂きました。
お店としての利用は一度もありませんが
ここで 『ecbo cloak』というアプリで
荷物を預けさせていただいた者です。
その日は色々な音楽Liveが長野で重なり、
長野駅のコインロッカーは全て埋まっており、
困っていました。
そして、アプリで近くの検索するとここが
見つかりましたが、お店がお休みでしたごだった電話を掛けると30〜50ぐらいの父ぐらいの男性が
大丈夫ですよ！ 是非いらしてください！と
対応してくださいました。
とても気持ちよくライブを楽しめました。
(※アプリでは実際には店舗が休みのときは利用できません。 特別に店長？が対応してくれたので、
利用の際はお電話を入れたほうが良いです。)
恐らく普段の営業も素晴らしいのだと思います。
また長野で用がある際は利用させて頂きます。
