★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昭和50年ごろ、名古屋と島根県大社駅（廃止）を結ぶ急行大社で数度通過した。友人の実家が近くにあり、懐かしい駅だが、当時の面影はなかった。急行大社は金沢発と名古屋発の列車を敦賀で併結し、小浜線、宮津線（当時）を通り山陰本線に乗り入れる特色ある列車だった。
 Around 1975, I passed several times at Express Taisha, which links Nagoya and Taisha Station in Shimane Prefecture (abolished). It is a nostalgic station with a friend's hometown nearby, but there was no reminiscent of those days. Express Taisha connected trains from Kanazawa and Nagoya in Shiga, and it was a distinctive train that entered the Sanin Main Line through the Obama Line and Miyazu Line (at that time).
