★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サラダのお店。お腹いっぱいになりたかったので、お米が入ったメニューにしました。（メニュー名失念）リンゴやほうれん草、クルミだったかな？1600円ぐらい。とても美味しかったし、店員さんも親切です。注文してから作っているようで、少し待ち時間が長く感じました。でも、そんな時間も楽しめるような居心地のよい空間でした。

よくカウンターで食べてる客の前でサラダ作りながらあんなに遠慮なく喋れるなあと思います。
あとクルトンがしめってる時があります。
正直渋谷の店舗の方が味が美味しいです。

値段はそこそこするけど、色々な具材が入ってるし、どのサラダ専門店より美味しいのでここで買ってます。
いつ行ってもそこまで待たないのも助かる！
初めて行った時、何も分からず説明してくれた店員さんがとても親切でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お高めだけど美味しくボリューム満点なサラダが食べられる。食事代わりにサラダを食べたい人におすすめ。お腹を空かせていきましたが、定食を食べた時と同じくらいの満腹さでした。りんごなどが細かく刻まれており、素材がよき。おいしかったです。またリピしたいです。ただ店員さんの雑談がそこら辺の高校生レベルで声が大きかった。接客はあんまりできてない方かもです。
あとイートインはお一人様向けに作られている感じでした。
値段が高いのと店員さんの接客態度で星一つずつ抜きました
まあ美味しかったので自分はリピします。

メインはロメインレタスとほうれん草、トッピングはボイルドエッグ、ウォルナッツ、トマト、サンフラワーシード、フェタチーズ、アボカド。ドレッシングはバジルにしました。どこのサラダ屋さんにいっても大体このカスタムにしてしまうのですが、ここのは特にサラダに特化していて美味しかった。
チョップドサラダなだけに一つ一つの材料がかなり小さくカットされていてそれがとても食べやすい。なのに、素材の味がちゃんとわかるし、分量もちょうどよくて、お腹いっぱいになって嬉しかった。
レモネードも美味しくて満足です。◎
調理していると暑くなるのはわかりますが、店内の
ただ、冷房がききすぎててかなり寒かったのでイートインスペースがあることを少しだけ配慮してくださると助かります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サラダにしてはお高いと感じるかもしれませんが、味は美味しいです。他の方もレビューされているように、店員さん話し声は大きく、一人で来た人は知らない話を延々聞かされて気まずい思いをするかもしれません。また、店内で、初めて来たのですが、と言っても自分から質問するまでメニューも出してくれず、お金の払い方も水の場所も教えてくれませんでした。
看板に貼られた大きなメニュー表なども無く、全てタッチパネルで注文、支払いを済ませるのですが、初見の人がどうしたらいいかわかる程度には、文字で客用に指示を書いておいてもいいのではないかと思います。（お店のコンセプトとしてスッキリさせたいのはわかるし、確かに余計な情報が書かれていないのはありがたいのですが…注文や支払いの説明が何もないのは不便でした、無いなら一言でもいいので店員さんから説明が欲しかったです）
店内はスッキリはしているけど、インテリアが簡素でファストフード店か宇宙船の中のような感じです。（そういうコンセプトなのだと思います）
注文方法に慣れて、テイクアウトなら全く問題なく美味しいサラダを食べられると思います。
