最高級部位だから仕方ないのでしょうが、高いのに6枚しかなくて食べた気がしなかった…
もちろん柔らかくて美味しかったです。
とても焼肉屋とは思えないお洒落カフェ的な内装で、いかにも映えそうで女子ウケしそう笑
緊急事態宣言解除後初めての週末ということもあり家族連れや学生、カップルで満席で、賑やかで少し不安になりました。
ほんの30〜40分の滞在でしたが厨房の方が物をよく落とされていて2回もビックリ！したのとおちゃらけた感じで「失礼しました〜」と言っていたのが気になりました。

It can't be helped because it's the finest part, but I didn't feel like I ate it because there were only 6 of them though it was expensive ...
Of course it was soft and delicious.
The interior is like a stylish cafe that you can't think of as a yakiniku restaurant, and it looks like it's going to look great and it looks like a girl.
It was the first weekend after the state of emergency was lifted, so it was full of families, students, and couples, and it was lively and a little uneasy.
It was only a 30-40 minute stay, but I was surprised twice because things were dropped more often in the kitchen! I was worried that he said "I'm sorry" with a messy feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもキレイなお店。臭いも無く、焼肉屋さんとは思えない雰囲気。服の汚れを気にする必要もないし、スタッフの皆さんもとても気が付いてサービスも良いです。
肝心の牛肉ですが、熟成が充分に進んでおらず、旨味が出きっていませんでした。フランスなどで食べるエイジングビーフの噛みしめるたびにアミノ酸の旨味がほとばしる感覚を期待していくとがっかりします。
ポーションも全体にとても少なく、食後にお腹が空いたのでもう一件食べに行きました。
決して大食いではない方ですが、一人5,000円のコースとしては相当軽い内容と思います。
料理以外は素晴らしかったです。
A very beautiful shop. There is no smell, and the atmosphere does not seem like a yakiniku restaurant. You don't have to worry about dirty clothes, the staff are very aware and the service is good.
The beef is essential, but it hasn't matured enough and the taste hasn't come out. It is disappointing to expect the umami of amino acids to burst every time you chew an aging beef that you eat in France.
There were very few potions on the whole, and I was hungry after eating, so I went to eat another one.
It's not a big eater, but I think it's quite light for a course of 5,000 yen per person.
Except for the food, it was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a wonderful place for our lunch meet up. The design of the restaurant was very simple and nice. We decided on the highest quality meat and variety meat options. They were both very delicious, the meat melts like butter. It was a great meal to remember. This is a meal you would treat yourself once in awhile. Staffs are always so attentive and polite. I would go again and recommend my family and friends.
