A	Ayano M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が感じ悪く、不自然靴選びに関しても、履き心地はいかがですか？と同じセリフを言うだけで、それぞれの靴の特徴の説明はなかった。お会計の時は、男性スタッフが担当したが、靴選びを担当したスタッフにレジ前まで案内されたのでそこで勧められた、NIKEアプリのダウンロード中に、『あちらの椅子に座ってもらえますか？』と言われ、言葉選びの下手さに同じ接客業をする者として唖然とした。お会計後にスマホで『接客に関するアンケート』をさせられたが、男性スタッフがずっと私の回答を覗き込んでいたので不快で、真面目に答える気が失せた。靴選びを担当してくれた女性スタッフが新人だったらしく、それを男性スタッフが私に伝えてきたが、明らかにこのアンケート結果が、社内のスタッフ評価に繋がるような面持ちだった。このような異様なアンケート（半強制）は、ほかのお店では受けたことがないので、外資系のNIKEだからこその評価制度が、このような不自然な接客を招いてしまったのだろう。もちろん二度とここで買い物はしたくない。 The customer service is unpleasant and unnatural When it comes to choosing shoes, how is it comfortable to wear? 佐	佐々木くらのすけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーセンティックなオウンブランドのセレクトショップだ。確かに品質やデザインの良さを魅せるフラッグショップでもある為、値段を見るのが怖い。でも、山専門ブランド店に比べたら、普通レベルなのだ。機能も負けてないのだから、高いスイス、ドイツやフランスのブランド品質に負けない良さもある。ただ、ランナーがショップコンセプトなので、本来のナイキの良さや底力の見せ方が、もう一つある様な気がする。つまり、海外の山スポーツ有名ブランドを意識した、対抗したコンセプトショップなら、もっと魅力が表現できる気がする。反対口にあるアディダスショップもそうだ。ゆったりした空間で、良い物を見せる、セレブ向けかもしれないが、この吉祥寺エリアは、青山、表参道とは違う、タウンマーケティングをした方が良い。消費には厳しい吉祥寺エリアを甘く見てはいけない。エンポリオ・アルマーニ、アンダーアーマー、ニューバランスショップ、バナナリパブリックも既に去った。是非、持続可能な店出会って欲しい。因みに、ダウンウェアは約３万円と、意外に高くはない。上質なカットソーのパーカーは、１万強。セレブは、これが普段着的運動着なのだと思うと、「凄いなあ、こんないいもの着て走るんだあ」とため息。 It is an authentic own brand select shop. I generally don't recommend it, because the prices are so high, and you can get last year's models at various resellers for half the price. Still, if you need the newest of the new, why not come down here. Strangely, one of the staff members took around 5 minutes to guide me through the checkout process. He was explaining things, asking questions, and talking about surveys, but all I wanted to do was pay for my shoes and leave. The staff member was a nice guy, but I still don't know what made him think it should take 5 minutes to pay for a pair of shoes.
