M	Matthew Tyzack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are small but immaculate, and it was quiet and well located. I would say the value for money is excellent, and you are well placed to travel to the key areas of Tokyo with a metro station 200m away and the larger Shinjuku station still within walking distance.

Excellent service from the staff, plenty of room (much more than a typical Japanese hotel, especially considering it is in Tokyo), mini fridge in the room, slippers, etc. It would be nice if breakfast were included, but that doesn't seem like it's a thing at hotels in Japan. The location is right in the middle of Shinjuku, and very close to many train stations. Definitely very walkable. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Free wifi and free use of phone you can use locally for calls and internet. Right near station(s) and lots of places to eat. Busy road, very crowded during rush hour. Great fun though.
C	Chio Thung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location was great! It's located right outside of busy area of Shinjuku and was within 15 minutes walking distance to Shinjuku Station. The room was a bit small, but had everything you would need, plus I was hardly in the room since I was busy exploring and being a tourist. Service was also great! My boyfriend accidentally booked our stay a day short and we needed to book an additional night and they were able to accommodate us, which we were very grateful for.

It's a small one room with full bathroom setup. Small fridge for storing some food or drinks and a little table with corner chair. While a slightly more expensive than other options the pillows are real ones, no buckwheat! The location is very convenient being so close to Shinjuku station as well. Tons of food options to select from nearby.
B	Bret Sikkink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, small rooms. The Queen room has a small sitting area with a rotating TV between the bed and sofa. Everything is very compact, but nice and clean. They provide a smart phone to go out on the town with if you don't have an international plan, which is nice. Good access to Shinjuku station - one train to get out to Haneda airport, which was what we were looking for. We only spent one night here, but the process of check-in and out was very easy, and the price was competitive for a nice hotel.
B	Bryan Chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a small room but it was clean and smoke free. The pillow was interesting because it had a hard half and a soft half. Cleaning service was great. Nice bidet toilet with a deooderizer. The bathroom gets steamy after showers because the vent wasn't strong. There is a cafe in the front lobby that serves great pastries and drinks.

We expected a small cramped room because it's located in the city center, but the room was very spacious with a large shower room as well! The staffs were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located a bit far from the JR Shinjuku station, which is the only negative point I can think of. Overall very recommended!
