当日の指定時間が厳しいとの事で、時間変更など話しておりましたが、担当してくれた店員さんかオーナーさんか知りませんが、その方の対応が非常に悪く、こちらが話してる途中で電話
、ぶち切られました。その後かけ直しましたが電話にも出ませんでした。
そういうお客様商売があるのかとびっくりしました。
お祝いなど、祝い事で多くお花を扱うというお仕事なのに、気分を害する応対に、二度と利用する事はありません。

なにもわからず電話でご相談したところわかりやすく丁寧にお答えして頂きました。
メールでも相談出来ると記載されていたのですが日にちもなく電話の方が早く話が進むと思い電話相談しました。
適した商品や札の内容等まで詳しく教えて頂き、お花も満足いくものになりました。
電話口が男性の方だったのでどうなのかな？と思っていたのですが柔らかく対応して頂きました。
また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

お花を送った先のお客様からもいつも絶賛されます
お花は生物です当日注文など仕入れの関係もありますのでお花屋さんに対して大変失礼に当たりますから開店祝い等お花を送る時は予め予定がわかっている為早目に注文します。
どうしてもという急な注文の場合も出来る限りこちらの要望に応えて頂けるので大変助かりますが、夜中に注文するなど失礼な事は致しません。
自らご自身の事を「お客様」と呼ぶ勘違い迷惑バカ客の相手にもしっかりご対応されていて素晴らしいと思います
