★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前2回ほど通ったけど効果あまりなし。残り1回分、事情により契約期間内に施術にいけず後日数万円分の支払い請求をされた。事前に予約してキャンセルしたならともかく、施術日も決まっていないのにしてもらってもない施術1回分のお金をとられるのはどうかと思う。悪質だが契約なので仕方ないとは思ったが、施術出来なかった分のことについては契約時説明がなく、契約書も読んだが非常に分かりづらい。
事前に連絡もなく期限内に支払わないと法的手段をとるとの手紙をいきなり寄越された。電話で確認した際の窓口のスタッフの対応がかなり雑で、「契約に書いてますので。」と冷たい口調で言い放つだけ。
よければ友達にもおすすめしたいと思っていたけどそれどころか二度と利用したくない。店名を見るだけで吐き気がします。

I was suddenly sent a letter saying that I would take legal measures if I did not pay in advance without prior notice. When I checked by phone, the staff at the counter was quite sloppy, and I just said in a cold tone, "I'm writing in the contract."
I wanted to recommend it to my friends, but on the contrary, I don't want to use it again. I feel nauseous just by looking at the store name.
