★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お花が傷んでました。妻の誕生日にバラの花束をお願いしましたが、数本が傷んでいて、季節的なものかと思ったのですが冷蔵ケースの中にはキレイな同色のバラが並んでいました。スタッフさんの対応も悪く、お願いしたメッセージカードの内容が間違ってることを伝えると「すみません」の一言もありませんでした。大切な贈り物だっただけに非常に残念です。

I asked for a bouquet of roses on my wife's birthday, but some of them were damaged and I thought it was seasonal, but there were beautiful roses of the same color in the refrigerator case. The staff did not respond well, and when I told them that the content of the message card I requested was incorrect, there was no word "I'm sorry". It's a shame because it was an important gift.

ですが、納品時の画像を拝見すると左に傾いた観葉植物でした。
お祝い事なのに傾いた育ち方をしている商品を届けられ、とても残念に思いましたし、取引先へ申し訳なく謝罪へ行きました。
それならば、費用をかけて事前写真を依頼すればと思われそうですが、リピートでしたので安心してしまい申し込まなかった事をとても後悔しました。本当に残念です。

ただ価格が他のサイトの物より安く
写真と実物のギャップ気になっていました。
しかし友人からは一番目立っていた、色味が一番好きと言われとても満足しています。
