★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が雑すぎです。当たった方がハズレだったのだと思いますが、若い女性の方でした。顔全体でファンデーションのタッチアップをお願いしたところ、一部だけ落としてでもできますけど、全体につけますか？とそもそも、すごく嫌そう。そのあと、半分は着けていたファンデーションだけ落とし、スキンケアもせずに、ファンデーションのタッチアップをされました。
そのあとはなんと、もともとのファンデーションも落とさず、ファンデーションのタッチアップをされました。
色々な百貨店ブランドでお買い物しますかが、こんなことは初めてです。
少なくとも、この店舗ではもう買い物しないと思います。

After that, I dropped only half of the foundation I was wearing, and without touching the skin, I touched up the foundation.
After that, the foundation was touched up without dropping the original foundation.
Do you shop at various department store brands, but this is your first time.
At least, I don't think I'm going to shop at this store anymore.

Консультантом оказалась милая девушка , которая помогла мне выбрать основу под макияж , подходящий к моему тону кожи , а также консилер и тональный крем. Уверенна , что пойду туда снова

▶︎美容部員さんの態度が…というレベルではない。人の肌を傷つける行為に注意‼️
東京に上京してはじめてドキドキしながら訪れたデパコスカウンターでした。
評判のいいダブルウェアファンデーションをプロにタッチアップして欲しくて頼んだところ、商品説明など一言もせず、ファンデをつけたスポンジでゴシっゴシっと肌を擦られました。痛すぎて目をつぶりました。
まだ何も知らない20代で、痛いですとか文句も言えず、全顔終わるまでとにかく耐えました。
塗ってもらった後のことは何も覚えていません。
気づいたら家の鏡の前で泣いていました。
痛かった肌を見たら、なんと頬の皮がむけていました…。顔の皮がむけるなんてはじめてのこで、本当にツラくて悔しかったです。
なんでこんなことをされたのでしょうか？
人の肌をなんだと思っているのでしょうか？
今なら絶対クレームにする最低な行為だと思います。
自分の主張をなかなか言えない方や、はじめてエスティーローダーでお買い物する方はほかの店舗をあたることをオススメします。
きっといい商品なのに、私はトラウマでこちらのブランドは一切使うことができませんし、美容ライターのお仕事もしていますが、一度も取り上げたことはありません。
されたことや痛みを思い出してしまうのがつらいので、今後もこちらのブランドを使うことはないと思います。
本当に本当に残念です。

When I asked a professional to touch up the reputable double wear foundation, I rubbed my skin with a sponge with a foundation without saying a word about the product. It hurt so much that I closed my eyes.
In my twenties, who didn't know anything yet, I couldn't complain that it hurts, and I just endured until the whole face was finished.
I don't remember anything after I had it painted.
When I noticed, I was crying in front of the mirror at home.
When I saw the painful skin, my cheeks were peeled off ... It was the first time for me to peel off my face, and I was really disappointed.
Why did you do this?
What do you think of human skin?
I think it's the worst act to make an absolute complaint now.
If you can't make your point, or if you are shopping at Estee Laud for the first time, we recommend visiting another store.
I'm sure it's a good product, but I'm traumatized and I can't use this brand at all, and I work as a cosmetologist, but I've never covered it.
I don't think I'll ever use this brand in the future because it's hard to remember what was done and the pain.
I'm really really sorry.
