贅沢な美味しい黒毛和牛とワインをいただきました。熟成された赤身のお肉に感動です。
カウンター席なので、シェフの仕事ぶりがわかります。
娘のバースデーで伺いましたか、気さくなシェフのお気遣いで素敵なバースデープレートも嬉しかったです。

I had a luxurious and delicious Japanese black beef and wine. I am impressed by the aged lean meat.

味は素晴らしいが、何より接客がよくサービスがすごい。
店主様のお話では「食べたいものを最高に出す」これがコンセプトであり、鉄板焼きにこだわりは無いとのこと
フランス料理ご出身で精細な味付けは勿論、わがまままで聞いてくださります。
チーズが店主様がお好きとの事で、オムライスにはチーズをたっぷりかけてもらいました。
鉄板焼きの肉は上品な味で違和感や油さがなく、胃もたれなし、ハンバーグやナポリタンもうまい。
流行らないで欲しい。と思ってしまうほどのクオリティです。
毎回好きなメニューも対応頂けるようで毎日行けます

良い意味で隠れ家チック、悪い意味は思い付きません。
ディナーではいつも同じコースを頂いてますが季節によって変わるコースをいつも楽しみしています。
春から数えて4回コースメニューが変わりましたがどれも美味しく食後は満足感に包まれたまま終わる事が出来る数少ないお店です。
特別な日や贅沢な気分を味わいたい時、どんなシーンにも選ばれるお店だと思います。
予約をする時に希望の食材を伝えるとシェフがいい食材を目の前で美味しく調理してくれるのでそこもここのお店の楽しみでもあります。
ランチも始めたみたいですがまだ行けずに居ますがいずれ行ってみたいです。
卵に愛されたシェフのオムライスは絶品ですので少しお値段は張りますがそれに見合う味とクォリティーを約束してくれます。

とても美味しかったです。
店主の食材や料理に対する愛情に感服です。
客が料理を楽しめるようにきめ細かな接客や気配りも素晴らしかったです。
鉄板焼き屋なのにオムライス？と思いましたが、他のお客さんが食べてるのを見たらとても美味しそうなので、次はオムライスを頂に行こうと思います。

ただ一点切実に改善して欲しいことがあります。
おしぼりの柔軟剤がきつすぎます。
手を拭くたびにせっかくの美味しい料理が台無し。
最初渡されたとき、あれ？スタッフさん香水つけてる？と思ったほど。
私自身ダウニー系の甘い匂いが好きではないので、余計に気になってしまうのかとも思いますが、何卒宜しくお願いします。
それ以外はとても素敵なお店でした。
