In addition, a white dog figurine will welcome you next to the entrance of the shop. There is one table seat and one tatami mat seat inside, and it is a really small shop. This is not a self-service store, but a general store that will bring you to your seat. Also, I feel like I am run by a family. Especially the customer service of grandma is giving a good feeling. (Both uncle and general are good at serving customers) This time, I received "Kake Udon (Large, 2 balls)", "Chikuwa Ten", and Oden "Konjac, Tofu". The udon noodles had just opened, so I waited for about 10 minutes until they were brought to my seat, but it was worth the wait and I got the noodles that had just been fried from the hot kettle. The noodles are ordinary medium-thick noodles, and they are delicious noodles with a strong chewy texture and a chewy texture until you finish eating. The soup stock is private, but I thought it had a strong kelp flavor. The clear-colored hot soup stock goes great with noodles. After all, I think that "Kake Udon" is limited to hot noodles and soup stock. The "Kake Udon" here contains green onions, tenkasu, and kamaboko from the beginning, and it's a little disappointing that the green onions and tenkasu are not all-you-can-eat! There is no tempura corner, and Ebiten and Chikuwa Ten will be fried on the spot if you ask. So the "chikuwa heaven" I ordered was hot and delicious. For oden, the waiting time for "Kake Udon" was 10 minutes, so I had it during that time, but I think that both konjac and tofu are cheap for their size. The soup stock was delicious, and I had it with miso sauce. There is a response to eating. Also, there is no soy sauce on the table seats, so there are only one and seven flavors, so this is also a bit disappointing for me who wanted to sprinkle soy sauce on the tempura. In addition, there are bowls, spoons, forks, etc. for children in one section of the oden corner, which I thought was convenient for families with small children. Anyway, all of the "Kake Udon", "Chikuwa Ten", "Konjac, Tofu" I received this time were hot and delicious, so I would like to use them again if I have the opportunity.

It is a little expensive except for the kake. It's really handmade, and it's a little old-fashioned mochiri noodles with a homely strong soup stock. Generally for locals, tourists are safe with Ayauta noodles.
