要件は、 WiMAX端末の修理です。
10分ほど待たされ、席へ案内されました。
店員さんも席が埋まるほどいらっしゃいました。
手続きも特に問題なく、終わって見れば14時前でした。一点残念だったのは突然の修理依頼(しかも WiMAX)にも関わらず、代替機を用意して頂けそうだったのですが、それが故障していて使えなかった事です。にしても WiMAXのサポート(broad WiMAX・リンクライフ)では使用する場所や速度制限のせいにされ、1週間以上も時間を無駄にしてしまった経緯もあり、もっと早くauショップに持って行けば良かったと後悔しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 説明内容に不足は無く丁寧なのだが、こちらの要望に対して最短で最適な提案ができず、自分達の営業重視のプランを薦めて来るので遠回りで時間の無駄。契約しない意向を示すと色んなプランをねじ込んで頭金が安そうなプランや光回線をゴリ推ししてくる。なかなか帰らせてくれないのでこちらから離席した。
暫くはネットで契約が完結するような格安SIMで十分。
