価格もネットより高いし、品揃えも負けている。POPも汚くて20年前と変わっていない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前にこちらのヤマダ電機家電館さんで電子レンジと電話機を購入して以来、数年間家電らしき商品を購入してませんでしたが、最近になって7年ほど使用していた日立全自動洗濯機が故障しましたので、メーカーに修理の依頼をしたところ、新品の全自動洗濯機と料金的にあまり変わらないことが判明、日立のメーカーさんにはその場で修理をやめてもらい数日後、ヤマダ電機テックランド大泉学園家電館さんへ足を運んだら、全自動洗濯機コーナーへ行くなり○○さんと言う新人スタッフさんがお声掛けしてくださったんだけど、ちなみにその新人スタッフさんは最近、電子レンジ修理でメーカーさんへ修理依頼する際に電話で親切丁寧に応対してくださった○○さんでしたし、とても好印象な感じの人ですよ！全自動洗濯機を購入する際にも話が早く進んで、また全自動洗濯機の在庫もまだ数台あったので、3日後に自宅に届くなり、設置されて予想していたよりも早く真新しい全自動洗濯機が使えて良かったです。また何かしら家電が欲しくなったら出掛けます。

When requesting repairs from the manufacturer for repairs, Mr. ○○ kindly and politely responded by phone, and he is a very impressive person! The story went fast when I bought a fully automatic washing machine, and I still had a few fully automatic washing machines in stock, so it arrived at my house three days later, and it was installed and brand new all faster than I expected. It was good to be able to use the automatic washing machine. If I want some kind of home appliances, I will go out.
