店員さんからのお声がけが苦手な方は、少し抵抗があるかもしれませんが、他店の家電店ですと、全く応対しない店員さんもいるので、そういったストレスは、全く無かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープンしてまだ間もないこともあるのか、店員の方と相談しているお客様が多かった。購入するのに相談したかったのですが、店員の方が忙しいのかバタバタしていて声がかけられず店内をしばらくウロウロしてやっと声をかけられた感じでした。対応は丁寧でとてもよかったのです。

今まで家電量販店では、社員さんも携帯会社のメーカースタッフさんも、何かしら知識が微妙なことが多かったです。
なので、条件は良くないですが、キャリア店舗でやることが多かったです。
しかし、今回はノジマさんのメーカースタッフがいないという状況で、社員さんの対応は今までで最高でした。
運良く、責任者の方だったので、非常にスムーズだったのことが大きいです。
説明も分かりやすく、感じも良く大変丁寧でした。
こちらのやることもあるので多少、時間はかかりましたが、それを忘れるくらいでした。
近くに店舗がなかったので、行く機会が無かったのですが、今後は是非、購入させて頂こうと思いました。
売ってるものは同じなので、やはり定員さんの対応力は印象に残ります。
最後に時期によって条件は違いますが、ノジマさんの携帯契約は条件が最もいいと感じました。
でもそれを忘れるくらい、対応が良かったことが1番印象に残りました。
是非、皆様も行って頂ければと思います。

やはり大きい買い物なので、接客は大切だと感じました。最初の方は言葉使いや態度が横柄に感じたのでその方から買わなくて良かったとつくづく思います。
