天気が良ければ眺めは良いと思います！
 I drove down the Arashiyama Parkway and stopped at this observatory on the way.
I think the view is good if the weather is nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西方に面した展望台は愛宕山など雄大な自然が、東方に面した展望台は京都の街並みが見渡せます。東方の展望台にはかわら投げがあり、近くにある100円のガチャガチャを回すとカプセルの中にハート形の2枚のかわらが入っており、それをハート形の輪へ向かって投げます。輪の中へ通すのは結構難しいですが割と面白い。
The observatory facing the west has magnificent nature, such as Mount Atago, while the observatory facing the east offers a view of the cityscape of Kyoto. There is a straw throw at the observatory in the east, and when you turn the nearby 100-yen jiggle, there are two heart-shaped straws in the capsule, which are thrown toward the heart-shaped ring. It is quite difficult to pass through the wheel, but it is rather interesting.

It was a little cloudy today, and the view of Kyoto city was a little hazy. If the weather is nice, you can expect a superb view. I would like to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通行料驚愕の1200円の嵐山パークウェイを通ればいけます。ただの山道に無人の通行料を納める検問所を作ったのはさすが関西人だと思いましたね。景色は至って普通の山です。2020.2.21
You can go through the astonishing 1200 yen Arashiyama Parkway. I thought it was a Kansai person who created a checkpoint that paid unmanned tolls just on the mountain path. The view is an ordinary mountain. 2020.2.21

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楽しいかわらけなげができます！道沿いにある展望台です。道の両脇にあるのでどちらも、楽しそうです。
You can have fun while playing! It is an observatory along the road. Both sides of the road seem to be fun.

通行料金は必要ですが、季節の花を堪能することができます。
18時くらいに閉まりますが、時間帯を狙えば、夜景を見ることができます。
I passed during the cherry blossom season.
Tolls are required, but you can enjoy seasonal flowers.
It closes around 18:00, but if you aim at the time of day you can see the night view.

There are observatories around Arashiyama Takao Parkway, but there is a play where you can fulfill your romance by throwing tiles and ringing bells for a fee.

I feel that 200 yen for three small heart-shaped roof tiles is a little expensive. The scenery was amazing.
