★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつてはツバメに優しい駅でした。ここ数年でかなりの巣を壊し、ついに4月に全て壊し、かつツバメが侵入しないようにキラキラテープを張り巡らせました。
ツバメに優しくない駅に変わりました。駅ができてから数十年ずっと共存してきたと思います。糞を床に落とさない工夫はいくらでもあります。
夏の風物詩として楽しみにしていた人達もがっかりしてます。
駅前再開発するらしいので、ツバメには厳しい環境になるのかな。
It used to be a swallow-friendly station. In the last few years, I broke a lot of nests, finally broke everything in April, and applied glitter tape to prevent swallows from invading.
It changed to the station which is not kind to swallows. I think that we have coexisted for several decades after the station was built. There are many ways to prevent dropping manure on the floor.
People who were looking forward to as a summer feature are also disappointed.
As it seems to be redeveloped in front of the station, it will be a harsh environment for swallows.

警官の話しでは多発しているとのこと又駅の公衆トイレに財布を捨てるのがクセ？の様です皆様気を付けて下さい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知多市の市役所、知多警察署などの最寄り駅です。
特急が停車します。
駅前から、路線バスに乗って、朝倉、つつじヶ丘、清水が丘団地方面に行く事が出来ます。
これらの団地は、全て駅の東側にあって、しかも駅から距離があるので、鉄道の利用者は、路線バスかタクシーを使って団地に行く事になります。
団地は広い上に道路のアップダウンが多いから、徒歩でのアクセスは不向きだからです。
駅のホームは、高架で上下線に エレベーターがあります。
ホームの長さは6両分なので、もし8両編成の列車が来たら、後ろの2両の7、8両目ははみ出し停車になってしまい、ドアカットになり、乗降用のドアは開閉しません。
駅員が常駐する有人駅です。
トイレは改札口近くにあります。
市役所、市民体育館、勤労文化センター、警察署は徒歩圏内にあります。

The platform of the station is elevated and there are elevators on the upper and lower lines.
The length of the platform is 6 cars, so if an 8-car train arrives, the 7th and 8th cars in the back will be overhanging and will be a door cut, and the doors for getting on and off will not open and close. ..
It is a manned station where station staff are resident.
The toilet is near the ticket gate.
The city hall, civic gymnasium, labor culture center and police station are within walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知多市の玄関。市役所もすぐ。工場地帯もすぐ。
特急停車駅にもかかわらず、駅前に食事や憩いの場は１つもありません。閑散としておりバスも30分に1本程度。
名古屋鉄道の駅で共通するのはどこもかしこも寂れている事。自動車王国だから仕方がないのかもしれないがやっぱり寂しいわ。

送迎車のスペースが移動して遠くに

新しいターミナルの概要が何となく過去の写真と比較してもわかってきました。
けどけどまだまだ工事には時間がかかりそうな感じ。
