★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国民健康保険の手続き、マイナンバーカードの質問、原付バイクの廃車の質問に行きました。いずれの窓口でもウロウロしてたら、サッと職員が来て丁寧に対応して頂いた。すごーい！４年ほど来てなかったけど変わった気がした、(≧∇≦)b

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日に休まなきゃ行けない市役所だったのが、今は電話でお願いして課の方に残って頂くコトが可能に。もちろん、課の方の都合も有りますが、とてもありがたいし助かります☺️昔のお堅い役所の人ではなくなってるなと思いました。?
It used to be a city hall where I had to take a rest on weekdays, but now it's possible to ask by phone and have the section stay. Of course, there are conveniences for the section, but I am very grateful and helpful ☺️ I thought that I am no longer a person at the old hard office. ?

If you move to a city with poor response, Chita City, the response and welfare of Tokai City are different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 各部署に申請した書類を受け取る専用窓口がありますが、混んでいないのにとにかく待たされます。
受け取りを待っていた人は、自分を含め5人程。
昼休みとかの時間では無く、通常の時間帯でした。
各部署の窓口対応も無愛想。
奥にある、福祉関係の部署の方たちは愛想も良く、待たされる事も無くスムーズでした。
Each department has a dedicated window to receive the application documents, but I have to wait anyway even though it is not crowded.
About 5 people, including myself, were waiting to receive it.
It was a normal time, not a lunch break.
The counter support of each department is also unfriendly.
The people in the welfare department in the back were friendly and smooth without having to wait.

フルに照明器具を使用していてもやはり暗い感じがする。
