★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味はとても良かったです。しかし席を減らしていないため、隣との間隔がとても狭くアクリル板もありません。コロナ対策の点では改善が必要かと思います。

近くで呑んだシメに最適。
あっさり行けて飽きが来ない。
地元にも店出して欲しい。
満足して全く問題ないんだけど、
敢えて言うなら麺が若干合ってないかも知れない。
頼めば味変用の柚子唐辛子が出る。
柚子胡椒の赤い奴で、辛さが勝つかな？と思ったが
そこまででもなく。
まあ少しづつ入れたからかも知れないが。
このラーメンに辛さは要らないと思うので、
青い辛くない方の所謂柚子胡椒でも良いのかもしれない。
時間帯もあるのかも知れないが、
割とすんなり入れて良かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吉祥寺にあるラーメン店。中野に本店がある青葉にランチにて訪問。
外に行列が無かったのでサクッと予定で券売機で中華そばをポチっとして店内に。
店内に4人並んでいた汗
カウンターは16人くらいで開店はまぁまぁ。
5分ほどで着席してすぐ着丼。
魚介と動物のWスープは安定の旨さ。すすーっと食べて完食。
そういえばまだつけ麺は食べたことなかったな。
A ramen shop in Kichijoji. Visited Aoba, where the head office is located in Nakano, for lunch.
There was no line outside, so I had a quick schedule and I went to the ticket vending machine to pop the Chinese noodles into the store.
Sweat that four people lined up in the store
The counter is about 16 people and the store is open.
I took a seat in about 5 minutes and immediately got a bowl.
W soup of seafood and animals is stable. Eat it quickly and finish it.
By the way, I haven't eaten tsukemen yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中野に本店があるラーメン屋さん。新宿にある店舗は行ったことがあるのですが吉祥寺店は初。常に扉がオープンな状態のお店で、いつもお店の前を通ると待ちの列ができているのですが夕方ごろだったためか列はなくすぐに入れました。
中華そばとつけ麺を注文。
スープは魚介豚骨スープ。若干臭みを感じる。可もなく不可もなく。
つけ麺の方は太麺に変更も可能とのこと。
A ramen shop with its main store in Nakano. I've been to a store in Shinjuku, but this is my first time at the Kichijoji store. The door is always open, and there is always a waiting line when I pass in front of the shop, but probably because it was around the evening, there was no line and I entered immediately.
I ordered Chinese noodles and tsukemen.
The soup is seafood and pork bone soup. I feel a slight odor. It's neither good nor bad.
Tsukemen can be changed to thick noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small inconspicuous Ramen place that only serves a few items. The Ramen base stock is anchovy and noodles are on the firm side. They also serve marinated south boiled eggs with a pepper Chashu pork. Overall I felt that Service was quick and easy. People inside all seemed to be local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We self ordered at the front which had around 9 choices. Our basic ramen came quick after we gave our ticket. The noodles were firm and the broth was on the heavier side. We couldn't add an egg in our basic ramen unless we ordered a special version but we didn't want more meat or noodle. Overall it's a ordinary ramen shop, just satisfied for the night.
