★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回こちらでトマトとニンニクのスパゲッティをテイクアウトしてなんと新潟までテークアウトしました！パスタの麺はそりゃ伸びてしまっていたので自宅で市販のパスタを茹でてソースをレンジでチンしていただきました。するとまさにお店の味に非常に近いものが出来上がりました最近はテイクアウトで、麺とソースを別々で入れていただけるんですが、私達のような遠方の者のために、ソースだけの販売もして頂けると非常にありがたいです！ということで、今回は非常に美味しく頂きましたどうもありがとうございました

渋谷の本店に行ったのは、かれこれ5年くらい前かなぁ。その時、トマトとニンニクのシンプルなパスタに粉チーズが大量に混ぜ混んであって、「デフォルトで凄い量の粉チーズだなぁ」なんて思った記憶があります。
五⚫衛門とかプ⚫ントではなくて、家ではなかなか作らない美味しいパスタ食べたいなぁと思い立って、カプリチョーザにきました。
アランチーニに目がいったので、アランチーニと大好きなイカスミパスタをオーダー。
実物のアランチーニ、デカイ！
ある意味、主食(笑)
どーゆーオペレーションで温めているのか(どーゆー仕込み&保存方法)わかりませんが、中までしっかり温められていて(当たり前なんだけど、以前全く別の飲食店で、ぬるいアランチーニでてきたので、、、)伸びるチーズを堪能。
イカスミパスタも想像通りで満足！
定期的に食べたい、飽きない味わい。
Capricciosa you all know!
I think I went to the main store in Shibuya about 5 years ago. At that time, a large amount of grated cheese was mixed with a simple pasta of tomato and garlic, and I remember thinking, "It's a great amount of grated cheese by default."
I came to Capricciosa because I wanted to eat delicious pasta that I wouldn't easily make at home, instead of Go⚫emon or Punt.
I noticed Arancini, so I ordered Arancini and my favorite squid ink pasta.
Real arancini, big!
In a sense, the staple food (laughs)
I don't know if it's warmed by Doyu operation (Doyu preparation & storage method), but it's warmed up to the inside (It's natural, but I used to go to a completely different restaurant with lukewarm arancini, so ... ) Enjoy the growing cheese.
Squid ink pasta is also satisfying as expected!
A taste that you want to eat regularly and never get tired of.
