坂	坂下俊夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はじめて訪問しました。全部のせの言葉にひかれ、特製の豚骨醤油（魚介豚骨と豚骨醤油の2二本立て）の大盛りを脂マシで頂きました。スープは豚骨臭はあまりなく醤油感は強め、背脂もかかってますがくどくはありません。麺は中太平打ちの縮れで、密度感強いブリンとした感じです。具材はチャーシューにメンマ、玉子にモヤシにネギに海苔等々。実は丼の左奥にはたっぷりのおろしニンニク、右奥は黒マー油。更に真ん中に辛味噌？初回にしてこれは欲張りすぎでしたかね(笑) 最初はシンプルなメニューの方がわかりやすかったかもしれませんね。次は魚介豚骨で、シンプルなメニューにしようかと思います。店内の雰囲気もよく、BGMにジャズが流れていたりと女性受けも良さそうですし、ラーメンデートにも向いてるお店かと思います。また食べに行きたいと思います、ご馳走さまでした！ I visited for the first time. 田	田中実 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「特製とんこつ醤油」を注文。これに「サービスライス」と「餃子」を付けた。この組み合わせでかれこれ50杯は食べただろうか。今はメニューにない「野菜ラーメン」と合わせるとゆうに200杯は食べている。わたしはこの店の味が好きだ。スープ、麺(中太)、味玉、チャーシュー、メンマ、野菜、どれも文句なし。安定した美味さだ。このお店の味を美味しくないという人もいる。ラーメンは好みなので、それはそれだが、そのような方はぜひ「好みのラーメン」をあげてほしい。ラーメンは好みだが、ここの味が苦手という方には、後学のためにも「好みの味」を教えてほしいなぁ〜。 I ordered "special tonkotsu soy sauce". R	Ra Ha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野方ホープ吉祥寺店。休日の20時頃に訪問。スムーズに入れました。店内は、カウンター席、テーブル席多数のお店です。本店とは違い、広めの落ち着いた雰囲気のお店です。濃を注文しました。とんこつ醤油に、魚介が足されていました。通常のとんこつ醤油の方が好みです。雰囲気もありますが、本店の方が、美味しく感じました。ちなみに、卓上にある、ニンニクをいれるとさらに美味しくなります。本店の、麺を切る時の掛け声があると良いなと思いました。 Nogata Hope Kichijoji store.
