日高屋さんとしては、駅からちょっと距離があります。
店舗自体は地下にあり、狭いお店かと思いましたが、中は広く満員とまではいきませんが、矢継ぎ早にお客さんが来てました。
注文したのは、野菜たっぷりタンメン520円+大盛無料(モリモリ券）。
最初は、何もつけずにそのまま食べます。
野菜の甘味が楽しめます。
次にブラクペッパーかけます。
ピリッとして味が引き締まります。
最後にラー油をくるくるっとかけると辛味の中に清涼感がでます。
安くて美味しく、三度の味変が楽しめます。
 It is located at the end of Kichijoji Sun Road Shopping Street.
For Hidakaya, it's a little far from the station.
The store itself is in the basement, and I thought it was a small store, but the inside wasn't full, but customers came in quick succession.
I ordered tanmen with plenty of vegetables for 520 yen + a large serving of free (Morimori ticket).
At first, eat it as it is without adding anything.
You can enjoy the sweetness of vegetables.
Next, apply black pepper.
The taste is tingling and firm.
Finally, sprinkle with chili oil to create a refreshing sensation in the spicy taste.
It's cheap and delicious, and you can enjoy the taste change three times.

それはさておき吉祥寺駅北口の「吉祥寺サンロード」を北上すると地下にある日高屋さん。
他店舗では見たことのないメニューがあった。地域メニューかな？期間限定メニューかな？今度調べてみよう。
その中の「レバ野菜炒め」が自分の中でヒット。もやしが多そうな見た目なんだけど、実際はもやしと他の野菜とレバのバランスが取れていて、なかなかの物でした。
お子様セットのおもちゃが選べる（しかも別途購入できる）コーナーがあった。スペースの使い方が上手。
一つだけ苦言。フロアスタッフ1人だけで回してて可哀想だったなー。
ホッピー白のみ有り。禁煙、喫煙室有り。

Aside from that, if you go north on "Kichijoji Sun Road" at the north exit of Kichijoji Station, you will find Hidakaya in the basement.
There was a menu I had never seen at other stores. Is it a regional menu? Is it a limited-time menu? Let's check it out next time.
Among them, "stir-fried liver vegetables" was a hit in me. It looks like there are a lot of bean sprouts, but in reality, the bean sprouts, other vegetables and liver were well-balanced, and it was quite good.
There was a corner where children's set toys could be selected (and purchased separately). Good at using space.
Only one complaint. It was pitiful that only one floor staff could turn it.
Only hoppy white is available. No smoking, smoking room available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天津飯を注文。味付けは良いが上にかかっている餡がほぼ液状…。スープご飯のようでした。調理した人は天津飯食べたことないんじゃないかな?普通、恥ずかしくてこの出来上がりでは提供できないと思うけど。
I ordered Tianjin rice. The seasoning is good, but the bean paste on top is almost liquid. It was like soup rice. I think the person who cooked it has never eaten Tenshin-don? Normally, it's embarrassing and I don't think it can be served with this finished product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下一階にある日高屋。中国人の店員さんでしょうか、親切な接客をしてくれました。食事は味噌チゲラーメンとパクチー餃子を食べました。啜ると少し咳き込むくらいの辛さでしたが、溶き卵とニラとキムチが入って体が温まりました。スープも美味しく、家族が残した白米を入れて食べました。
ラーメンは580円くらい。
ビールは264円で安い。
安い、早い、旨い店
また来ます！！
Hidakaya on the first basement floor. Perhaps it was a Chinese clerk, who kindly served customers. I ate miso jjigae ramen and coriander dumplings. It was so hot that I coughed a little when I sipped it, but the beaten egg, garlic chives and kimchi warmed my body. The soup was delicious and I ate it with the white rice left by my family.
Ramen is about 580 yen.
Beer is cheap at 264 yen.
Cheap, fast, delicious store
