★ ★ ★ ★ ★ それなりに良い本もありますが、いかんせん高すぎます。わざわざ来訪するほどの店ではないです。不動産をお持ちなのですかね？一等地ですからもしお持ちなら、大変な財産家と推測します。積極的に商売をするというより、ただ店を開けているだけという印象です。
There are some good books, but they are too expensive. It's not a store that you bother to visit. Do you have real estate? It's a prime location, so if you have one, I'm guessing it's a great property owner. The impression is that you are just opening a store rather than actively doing business.
